Great customer service, constant communication and great product.
Radio said $89 special, but it was $99 for 3 rooms and 1 free room. This is a small home with only 1 living area & 3 bedrooms carpeted. Then they added $10 for gas. Then asked me if I wanted VERY small carpet area between entry & tile area cleaned too & said that would be $25 extra! It's about 3 ft by 3 ft! Then he said to me after finished - "I went ahead and cleaned master bedroom closet at no charge" - REALLY? That's not a room; it's part of the bedroom, and should be at "no charge". My $89 special cost me almost $150!!
Our service guy "Tim" was AWESOME!!! I love how well your product cleans the floors and furniture!.....but, the customer service was top notch!
Move also the middle size furnitures (like dinning table, sofa, etc) and clean below.
Make sure all techs have a high attention to detail...
I like the non-chemical smell when they are finished. And the non-crunchy carpet.
The quote on the phone was $400 and once they got here it ended up being $1200. The couch was an additional $350 which seems steep. I could've bought a new couch if I didn't have to think through it right on the spot. I think they did a good job of cleaning, but I am having to take them on faith that the pet treatment really worked because the guy said that if he showed the spots to me again with the black light that they'd still show up because of the salts. So, how am I supposed to know if they are really gone for the next person to come in down the road - I won't know if the spots are new or old.
Was surprised to have a $50 upcharge for stain treatment. Had not been warned about that and thought that was what Zerorez promoted as their specialty--so why would I be expected to pay more for the very service you advertise--great stain removal. The house was empty so time was reduced with no furniture to move. Would think this would balance out the few extra minutes it took to treat the stains by going over them a few extra times. Liked your service man - even though service was delayed due to mechanical malfunction - he kept us informed and completed the work as quickly as possible once new equipment arrived
Arrived on time. Plenty of contact and communication throughout the process. Technician was insightful and explained everything he was going to do ahead of doing it.
Always able to get a convenient appointment time. Always talk to a human who speaks English. ALways F/U with reminders. Always prompt. and ALWAYS do awesome carpet cleaning...and believe when I say MY carpet is always a challenge and it always looks 150% better when you leave...worth every penny spent and I tell all my friend how wonderful you are.

I am very pleased with the job that was done on my carpeting, I'm just disappointed in how long it took to get you out here.
I was somewhat pleased with the work that was done on my Saltillo floor tile, but I'm still waiting for you to replace the missing tile that I was promised back in December. Another thing that left a sour taste in my mouth was the damage that was caused to my walls. The stripping solvent took a lot of paint off, which forced me to scrape, prime, and repaint all baseboards, lower cabinets, and some walls.

The company I previously used didn't consider my living area as three rooms and the carpet dried much faster using their method. The technician was a courteous, efficient, businesslike young man, I only wish he had replaced all the larger furniture items, such as sectional sofa that I had to replace the next day myself.
Your tech was very respectful and helpful. He did a great job I was impressed with how the carpet came out. I thought I was going to need new carpet but that was not the case at all. Thank you !!!!!
Very diligent in getting the job done
I don't know if it was the technician or the company; but I didn't feel very important with the service given. The special you are running at this time says 4 rooms for $99. I had 3 bedrooms (I might add two of which are maybe 10x10 at the most) and a small hallway consisting of maybe 28 sq ft. and then a stairwell. I was very disappointed to find the tech did not clean the closets. When I complained, he told me he could do it for $20 a closet (& you should see the size of these carpets). I know your add says up to 200 sq ft per room; just seems funny with the small spaces I had, he couldn't include the closets. There wasn't one piece of furniture in this place, so the job was easy; he didn't treat any spots; even though we paid $5 per stair, he didn't do any extra work to the stairs than he had to the rooms; he did not wear booties even though it had rained the day before and the ground was wet; and he wasn't there even 45 minutes, that's how easy and fast the job was. I haven't been back to see how it looks now that it has dried, (it's a rental)but the customer service left a whole lot to be desired.
The day after the technician left, I noticed in the daylight that my NEW sofa(which had just been delivered in perfect condition the morning before Zerorez came to my home)had a couple of smudgy spots---one on the left armrest, another on the left seat cushion---which were not there before. Since that was the ONLY piece of furniture in the entire room, and I asked him to scoot it away from the wall, shampoo there, then scoot it back and put the styrofoam pads under the feet,(which he did), I must logically conclude that there must have been something on his hands which soiled the sofa. We have no children or pets, and we left the house for several hours returning late that night and retired for the evening. Could you please clean, at no charge, the smudgy places on my week-old sofa?
This would make things right. The technician was friendly and helpful and I was pleased with his service except for the sofa issue. This is the 3rd time I have used your company. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Name removed Phone number removed.
Completely green. Really cleaned the carpet. Was able to walk on it right away.
Got 18 month guarantee with the scotch guard.
And Darwin was so helpful, so polite, and did a great job. We will definitely use Zerorez again.
