How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your technician was in my house less than 25 minutes. Although I have a small home, I did not feel that a good job was done. My carpet is less than 3 years old, was lightly soiled, and had one slight traffic pattern. He immediately told me that he could do nothing to make it better .... even though you advertise that you are especially good with traffic patterns. My carpet looks exactly like it did when he arrived. I am very dissatisfied with your service!

The technician was extremely nice & polite. He did good job for the most prt, but failed to move a chair and 2 end tables to clean under them. Was a bit disappointed to discover that this morning when I moved them out to vacuum.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was disappointed in about every way possible. When I would call your customer service in the supervisor was never around I would leave a message to supervisor would never get back to me not until 3 days to a week later. And when jake stone came out to do my carpet thats where things really went down hill. He came in and rushed the job and even damaged my baseboards. When thomas came out for my redo he did it right and was the only good experience i had biut also made me more mad because I was seeing all the things that jake skiped and found out that he out right lied to me about a lot of things and now I just got a hold of a manager that said that he didnt know my baseboard issue had not been resolved

The tech was freindly. I got a call when you said I would and my carpet looks great!!! The only think we didnt get was our Fuller g.c. Can that be mailed?

1. No chemical residue left behind.
2. The cleaner that came out did an up-sell for carpet stretching and trimming as an added service. The work he did was excellent and was worth the extra money.
3. The cleaner was very courteous.

I have been using Stanley Steamers for years and then I heard about you. The first time you came out it was awesome!!!! The best I have ever seen. the second time was good but not as awesome as the first. The carpeting didn't seem as clean. It was good not great.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We were quoted $99 for three rooms but when the tech showed up, we were told we were going to have to have pet deodorant or the pet smell would be worse. The cost was, as you know, $180 MORE than our quote. It seems like a standard question would be "Do you have pets?" to prepare the customer for the possibility of and extra $200 charge. The tech was GREAT and gave us one room free, however, the stains did not come out and the smell was back the next morning.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The young lady I spoke with to schedule my appointment for carpet cleaning misspelled the street name and the email address which caused issues. Once the address was corrected they did find the street but was late. Were scheduled between 4 and 6:30 and did not show up until almost 7. Was told my receipt would be sent by email. This would have arrived if the email address had been correct. I had to call twice the next day in order to have the email address corrected. The carpet is OK but the staff is not professional.

I felt like i was subjected to bait and switch. The appointment setter would not give me an estimate of what it would cost to clean two stains on my carpet. The first thing the service tech did was check the company records on my account. I was not prepared for a $300 First name removed to clean two spots.
