This is the second time I have used Zerorez. Our carpet was in really bad shape with multiple stains (that I didn't think had a chance of coming out). When the job was complete the carpet looked brand new.
The fact that they are organic and don't leave an oder

There are still stains on the carpet. They are pet stains and after paying for the additional service I expected better results. If a friend if mine was wanting just her carpet cleaned with no pet stains I would still recommend the service.

Lower prices
I called you because of your 109$ ad. You tech estimated my cost at 198$. That is twice the amount i expected BUT I had to go with it because my daughter is getting married next week and I did not have time to call someone else. I WILL NOT be calling you again.
No chemicals
I like that no harsh chemicals are used, the technicians are prompt & courteous and the job is completed on time.
Some of the carpert had visible stains left. The stairs were not clean. The technician told me I would have to pay for some special additive or enzyme to get the carpet completely clean. There was also an area in the master bedroom that was stained in the traffic area.
It is very clean and leaves a natural fresh air...no chemicals...using ph of water is simply so much better
Your service is great. Both men who came were great and really know their job.. I have had other company and the dirty carpet did not stay clean for long. Working with your company was a great experience. Thank you so much.
Soap free cleaning
I was so pleased with the special attention, conservative recommendations, and attentiveness from my service representative. He didn't try to "upsell" me on every service or possible service. Instead he responded to my questions about add-ons. Big difference from others. Everything looks great.
I needed the work done quickly and you were able to come out right away. The technician was very friendly and I feel like he did a good job. The only reason I didn't give you a 10 was because I didn't have a lot of time to shop around and get several quotes and I felt like the service was expensive.
Carpet seemed cleaner this time than using the other company.
