How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Tim, the tech got aggravated when I decided that I didn't want additional services. Also I had to ask him to put on shoe covers and not step on the already cleaned carpet. I would probably use Zerorez again but will request a more professional tech.

When there was a problem with one of the rooms not looking good after the first cleaning, zerorez returned the next day to redo the room. It looked much better after the second cleaning.

I sent an email to your costumer services company regarding a spot that came back after a few weeks. I did not get any replay back. I would like someone to contact me and let me know if you can come back and take car of the stain.

Zerorez did the most thorough carpet cleaning job I have ever had done! I have been a homeowner for almost 30 years and have used many different companies! The zerorez employee I had was Randy Smith and he was a very hard worker! I reccomend he get a raise!!
