What do you like about our products and services?

I liked that I was kept informed about arrival time. Also, was told a soot stain on my carpet would never come out.....not true it is gone after having it cleaned by Zerorez.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You made a mess out of our bathroom tile. Tile was not cleaned properly and then the sealer that was applied was done by total inexperience. There was still puddles after 4 hours. There were bubbles that were drying. Pictures were sent in off my phone.. You need to delete how your company is ready to make things right. But pictures off my camera is fixing to be put on the net.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I called for carpet cleaning on a couple of rooms (only two rooms in my new home have carpet) and I also wanted the grout cleaned on a large part of the house which is tiled. Never having experienced grout cleaning, I asked the service man if I could expect the grout to look like the original which you could still see in certain places. He said "yes" and quoted me a price. I ran an errand and came back to find him drying part of the floor with a fan. He sold me on the sealant but when I inquired about the sealant application, he said it was applied at the same time as the cleaning. I had assumed that the grout would have to dry before the sealant was applied. He asked me if I could tell a difference on the grout before he left and I said, "not really". He said it just needed to dry and I would see the difference. I would say it is some better, but not close to the original grout color.

I liked your service...it was quick, but I thought the guy was confusing about additional sprays that of course cost etxta...I thought he kind of decided for me that I needed it. I really have no idea if he put them on or not, but I sure did get charged for them.

Love the grout cleaning, it brought the grout in my bathroom back to new!
Have a wall that is covered with fabric, had it cleaned, it looks and
smells 100% better!

The dog urine scent is just as strong as it was before being cleaned by Zerorez. Very pleased w/other areas of carpet that were cleaned.

Not happy with the fact that I paid for 4 rooms and the tech did not let us know that it was a 4 room deal not a 3 room deal. I forgot until I got the receipt. :-/. Wish the tech had mentioned it!!

The spots that were in the carpet were removed during the cleaning process, but began to return within 2-3 weeks. Additionally, a rug was taken offsite to be cleaned, and was returned clean but slightly damaged.

Not sure yet what I feel might be adequate actions to make things right.

You did not show up for the appointment. This would have been the 5th time to come out. Also a manager was to come out on Monday. That did not happen either.

Service was good, I was quoted 3 rooms for $99+ a service fee of $10. When the service person got to the house we talked about coupons and room/price. Although he did a great job, when it came time to pay the bill he charged me $150.00- this is not good business practice to agree/promote then charge another price. He said I had a oversized room/fair if the price difference would have been discussed before doing the work. I was shocked, this was 50% mor than quoted. So only charging me the 110.00 would make it right.

Supposed to start at 5:00 PM but did not actually get started until 10:00 PM. Was not actually prepared to do a commercial site.

You pile on the additional charges-special is 3 rooms for $100.00, I had a master bedroom which is 50% filled with furniture so there is actually very little to clean-I asked him to clean a 5ft by 5 ft area in the master bath and you hit me with additional charges, then same thing upstairs-I have a large 20x25 gameroom so I just included that as two rooms-I asked him to clean a 3 ft wide x 5 ft long adjacent hall and you hit me with a additonal charge. In my business we try and give our customers a little more than they expect. I feel you do just the opposite-offer a cheap special then nickel and dime the customer for any extras. Then I spent over $300.00 extras for deep pet stains but still no discount. Next time I'll just take the special and make you clean little halls for $100.00 I know that at best that will be a break even for you and I won't let you get in the extra charges.
