The ability to get out all stains and smells
Darwin Harrison was vey professional and are carpets look like new.
1. Woodwork around my fireplace now has water damage from tile cleaning.
2. Grout has white chalky looking residue in some areas.
3. When I called about the grout, I was basically told that my grout was probably so dirty, that I'm just not used to seeing it this clean.
Your technicians are always friendly and seemed concerned. They suggest other needed actions but do not push. They explain thoroughly what they are doing. I had some very serious stains that were completely removed.

Nolan cleaned all of our carpets & got out every stain,& there were alot of them. He did an excellent job!
Items ordered not delivered. No response to messages left. I need to cancel the order for the floor cleaning kit, but no one will call back. Last time they did an excellent job. This time much more up selling. I like the product and concept, but don't like being up sold and not delivered, feel like I was fed a line. I can't even find reference to floor cleaning kit on website...maybe there is no such thing? I am not a satisfied customer! I will be buying a steam mop and trying someone else next time!
The technician was very flexible and didn't blink an eye when I asked if he would be able to double the number of rooms I needed to have cleaned. He was very polite, professional and proficient.
No toxic smells and carpets weren't soaking wet when the tech left. Plus no residue on top of the carpets making them crunchy when dry.

We appreciated the "clean, no residue approach, which was clearly emphasized in the Zerorez coupon we used. We have three great "rescue" dogs at home and are careful of all products we use inside and outside the house. And of course with dogs, you usually get a few chances to deal with the occasional "accident." Our experience in trying the usual response of "nuking" the spot with over the counter products had already proven to us that the "build up" of cleaners was in fact making the locations worse!!
(You certainly may edit the following info if you wish to use us as a reference) I will say that a quick internet search of reviews for Zerorez was almost a deal breaker, until a closer look revealed the vast majority of complaints about the service were out of California. When narrowed to Texas, however, the references were outstanding. You're team (Justin King - and I'm sorry but I've just drawn a blank on the second gentleman's name) were courteous, obviously careful of our home and very informative regarding each step they took, why and how your approach worked.
they did the job and did not leave residue, plus dried in a reasonable amount of time. i can't believe they were able to get the blood stains out, they were 2 weeks old and they are gone.
Tech was very helpful and thorough
I've loved every aspect of Zerorez since you started. Only Zerorez has ever cleaned our carpets and only Zerorez will clean our carpets. The dramatic difference we see when your people get part way done is what impresses us everytime. We do not see how dirty the carpets have become because it is gradual but the difference we see is immediate.
