Once again you did a wonderful job on the service you completed in my home, but once again your communications with your customers suck! I kept calling about the needed repair from a previous visit only to be told the supervisor handling it was busy. then, lo and behold, on a day I happened to be home, a technician called and said he was scheduled to come out to complete the repair. I have recommended you to friends, but with the disclaimer that there may be miscommunications at large! Love your services, but you need work on your people skills and I'm not talking about your technicians!

Quality of product and customer service
The ftrst time I had your company clean carpets about a year ago, it turned out to be a great job, I give it a 10. This time it was a disapointment. I asked for the first technition, that did not happen. The guy that showed up was a super great person, and a pro. The problem is, he sold me a 180 dollar stain removal package non refund, MY MISAKE. ANOTHER PROBLEM, he told me how great this stuff was, and it was very expensive. Whwn he left I could'nt see any problems, but the carpet was still wet. The next day I noticed a stain that was not their before he started cleaning, and then we inspected the whole job and found 3 to 4 more stains that were not there before the carpet got cleaned. ZEROREZ is comming back on april 22 to fix it I hope. I FILL LIKE I GOT RIPED 180.00, NOT A GOOD FILLING. You ask me how can we make things right,I am telling you, that is not for me to tell you how to fix things. I GOT RIPPED OFF 180.00, you fix it. Thank you Name removed
The pet smell is still in carpet. He treated it but it still is very noticeable.
On time, knowledgeable, clean employees. always do a great job.
The carpet looked refreshed and back to almost new status, it is older carpet and has had some wear, but looks super!

Your service is so thorough! It got out stuff I didn't realize was in the carpet. It looks brand new, and this carpet is 20 years old.
The technician Ernest was great and very knowledgable about what was going on.
Loved the difference it made to our carpet. Even though there were several spots that look like they were complete missed all together. The tech was extremely friendly, professional, and would recommend him to anyone.
When you came to the house I heard about all the extras that were needed in addition to your base service. I was disappointed that I wasn't infomred of this when the initial quote was given and I feel that you mis-represented what your base service covers.
Service provided was not what we had asked for and when we tried to fix the problem, customer service would not help. We had asked for 3 areas to be done for the $99 and u can get the 4th area free. The tech was rushed and only did our stairs and closet for $99, when I asked him about doing the 3 rooms upstairs he said he would charge me $159, which isn't part of the promo. Not to mention I felt pressured by him and he was in too much if a hurry to listen to me. Very disappointed in the customer service, we felt like we were bamboozled!
ZeroRez provided good communications on the appointment, the technicians were professional and courteous. The service met if not exceeded expectations.
The best carpet cleaning !
The pre-treat smells fantastic. My service tech was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. Some of the stains would not come out but the carpet looked 100% better.

I didn't realize that my oriental rug would be sent to a third party for cleaning. I based my decision to use Zerorez on the cleaning methods as demo'd by your rep. It also took over a month to get my carpet back and they delivered to my office instead of my home as instructed.

The guys were very polite and professional and did a wonderful cleaning job - our carpets have never looked cleaner (except for the last time Zero-Rez came to our home that is!)
