Professionalism of technicians.

you are quite expensive therefore i had a higher expectation of your removal of more difficult stains. i was led to believe that they should be no problem. i am overall satisfied but did have a higher expectation of stain removal for the price i paid.

richard, my zero res tech did a great job. we'll be using zero res often and i'll request richard to service my account.

I can see some streaking on my white carpet since it dried; dirty tools, steam from dirty water?? It stretch the carpet in some areas and it took until the following day to totally dry as opposed to "4 to 6 hours" as informed.

None of the stains were removed.

Advertisements claim that all stains will be removed. Some were not. Granted, they might have been rust or something that.... just won't come out.

With all the "HYPE" about this kind of cleaning on the radio, I really expected much more. The carpet looks slightly better but not good enough for the money paid.

1.Get the street address right when order is initiated when I tried to correct on the automated confirmation of time I was disconnected.
2.get the services correct when order is initiated (service man told I wanted upholstery done and that was not even mentioned.
3.Operator knowing services that ZeroRez does...I asked about Sotalio tile cleaning and she said yes you did that when in fact you really do not but you do have someone that can do it.

We paid $60 per room (3 rooms) for pet treatment where our dog had accidents. After the carpets were dry, we can still smell the urine odor in two of the three rooms.

There were (are) stains in the carpet where the traffic is the heaviest. Although the Zerorez staff applied your "special" formula to this area before the general cleaning process ( I had vacuumed the carpet thoroughly the day before he came), the spots reappeared later the same day --- should I use your service again, and I most likely will, I suggest more attention be given this area -- or let me know that your product cannot clean embedded spots.

Your technician was actually early and did an excellent job. We had a pet dander problem and he knew exactly what do to and got it done in a timely manner. Thank you for being so easy to work with.

Technician talked me into purchasing more services than originally requested. Not sure the extra was worth the price. I asked about a warranty and he stated if there are no stains now they will not come back. A couple of spots showed again after drying.

The carpets don't look any cleaner than when I cleaned them with my own carpet cleaner. There were still dark marks in high traffic and a stain where my dog pee peed on a canister that sits on the carpet.
