The technician showed up an hour after the timeframe we had set up. I had called a couple of times to get an ETA and they said he was not answering his phone. He spent the first five minute in his truck while I waited patiently outside, and then he sauntered to the house and asked what I wanted. I pointed out the three downstairs rooms. He did not introduce himself, apologize for being late, or give a reason. And truth be told I would have had him do the other two bedrooms and the loft if he could fit it in, but we were short on time at that point and he did not seem to care. He spent 20 minute working on the carpet and then said my total was $187. I told him no. I have used Zerorez before and it was only around $107 for the same three rooms. Then I looked at the carpet and noticed it was still dirty beneath the vents and at the entrance to the bathroom door. I pointed that out and he said he could spray on a fireretardant for the inconvienience. Really?!? Late, impolite, unqualified, over charging, and now offering me a fire retardant? Hey honey the house burnt down, but look, the carpets are just fine. Really?! I called the Zerorez office to dispute the charges and they asked me to put the technician on the phone. When he answered I heard him say "this is Z". That was the first time I had any idea what his name even was. Then he took pictures of the main areas, avoiding under the vents and by the bathroom door, and he told me my total was $104. The Zerorez office called again, and I told them I was paying him and he should get out of my house and not come back. I am done with Zerorez. I had to take a day off work and my kids could have done a better job than this guy. Not to mention my oldest is only 11 and shows more reponsibily and personability than the the technician could bother to muster. I told the people at the office I would be taking a second day off and made sure they all knew why. Best of luck.
We were not made aware of the 200 sq ft room size limitation until the technician arrived the day of our service. So, we were required to pay twice as much as expected (because two of the rooms we wanted cleaned were of greater size). The fact that I spoke to TWO representatives before the technician came to our home and NEITHER happened to mention that to me was irritating. I think the person that scheduled the service should have clearly spelled that stipulation out. (I would have still ordered the service.) The the fact that it wasn't handled that way makes me question the company's practices. (NOTE: the stipulation is in the follow up email, so not sure why it wasn't just put out there up front.)
The pet add-on is a bit pricey ($60). Service tech was very friendly though.

High pressure sales tactics from your tech. Then the threat of "I'm giving you a deal, but if we have to come back, the next guy will charge you full price." it went from $99 to almost $500.00
Improve communication between the people that give quotes over the phone and the people that do the actual work.

The technition spent 3 hours in my home and did the best cleaning that I have ever received.

Your technician, Riichard arrived as promised -- on time! The carpet smelled so clean afterwards and the spots treated have not returned. Every other experience I've had with carpet cleaning, in a day or two, the same spots were visible after cleaning with soap or detergents.
Did I say how nice and friendly Richard was--he was extremely nice!

Carpet was wet for much longer than anticipated. Stairs took nearly 24 hours to dry...although they were CLEAN.
The young man did and awesome job,Not only on my carpet but he provided excellent customer service. He was so polite as well as soft spoken.

Although our technician Josh was kind and respectful at all times, our experience was a nightmare. The visit took 8 hours and the equipment broke twice. Stains were ADDED to our carpet during this ordeal. We were supposed to get a call from Brad McKee today but never heard a word from him. I am very disappointed.
