How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

1 The ads are deliberately misleading stating that the price is $99 dollars. The "fuel charge" should be built in to the advertised price.
2 Since I only had one carpeted room, the salesman (on the phone) asked what else I had that needed to be cleaned, since there was that $99 (3 room) minimum. I have a love seat that needed cleaning and he said that would work to fulfill that $99 dollars. When the tech arrived, he stated that the love seat could NOT be a part of that $99 min. and charged me a separate fee on top of the $99. My bill for your crappy service was $160 + $10 + tax...
Not $99!
3 The carpet was sprayed with a chemical that smells like simple solution ( very unpleasant).
4 The stains returned immediately. ( WE fixed this with resolve )
5 The carpet took over a week to dry.

You can make the pricing right by advertising the REAL price.
You can make love seat issue right by training your salesmen and your techs the same as to what can be included in your "$99" special.
There is nothing you can do to make cleaning right. It is a flaw in your technique.
We have fixed it ourselves with a dry clean approach.

Love the way the carpet feels after being cleaned. Soft, not crunchy like other companies leave the carpet after being cleaned.

We were please with the results. However, would have been beneficial for us if the technician was there on time. Our time slot was 4p-6:30p and tech arrived about 6:45p. I left work early and was home before 4 to be ready.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The reason we hire a professional carpet cleaning service is to get put the more difficult dirty areas that we are not able to remove with our home carpet cleaning machine. Having to ask for these areas to be worked on again after "finished" and told that high traffic/worn areas won't likely be able to be adequately cleaned because the fibers break down in the high traffic areas was not an expected response. He did, however, want to satisfy me so he took the extra time to go over some areas and they did come out cleaner. One stain he said he had worked on but it was not coming out, I got down on my knees and rubbed on it with a towel and the towel came up dirty with something that smelled nasty. He then went over the area until it came out. I felt very badly that he had to stay so long to go over the spots I had noticed since he still had 4 other jobs to do and would likely get home after midnight. He was diligent but had already worked through his lunch and was probably feeling tired & hungry. I did not check the TV room but many darker areas remained.

It was a couple spots still on the carpet and I thought it would be dry before the next business day. The guy was very nice and polite. I did walk and look, but the next day, I saw a couple of spots.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We were hoping that the baking soda in the carpet (which was used to soak up cat urine) would be eliminated with the carpet treatment. When I questioned the customer service rep and explained the importance of that, he stated, "I am sure we can get the baking soda up." We were hoping that the cat vomit stains would be removed. We spent $215 to target these two areas. We still have cat urine and baking soda in our carpet and there were still cat vomit stains. We sacrificed to spend that much money, but did not get the results that would have made it worth it.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I didn't like having to vaccum my own carpet prior to Zerorez cleaning. Other companies I have used have vacuumed for me. I have a permanent foot injury that makes that much vacuuming difficult for me. There was some furniture that other companies have lifted and cleaned beneath that Zerorez didn't. And I didn't like having to put so much of my own furniture back in place. Luke did come back by the house to place the large pieces that I wasn't able to move, so I am less upset than I was, but there was still a lot for me to put back. Luke was pleasant and personable, so I have no difficulties with him, per se. It's just that everything combined would make me think twice before selecting Zerorez the next time I or my friends need our carpets cleaned. Thank you.

What could we do to improve?

My wood floor was scratched while the service tech was cleaning a small rug. He told me the company would take care of it. He said they would call me the next day to schedule someone to look at the scratch and how to repair the damage. It's been two days and no one has called me. I'm not that upset about the scratch, as long as it is fixed, but I'm pretty unhappy that no one has followed up on it. I have 3 small kids, one is a newborn, and I don't need anything else on my list of things to do.

I was disappointed in the fiber treatment that I purchased to protect against soiling. I guess I misunderstood what was covered by this treatment and what wasn't. My dog threw up a little on the carpet and it was not any easier to clean than before I had the treatment. I will not said I was misled, but I certainly misunderstood. I would have not spent the $60 had I know that. Otherwise, the service and the way the carpets turned out was great.

My Technician was on time. He explained everything that he was going to do, how long it would take,and the outcome was just incredible.My old-looking, dirty and stained carpet looked like new!!! This is my second time of using Zerorez and I will definitely used them again.

My carpet took longer to dry, and I didn't like the smell. It is really clean, though! I don't really like being upselled while the technicians are here either.
