I feel like my carpets are cleaned to perfection.

Carpets looked very clean and Richard was very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint I would have would be that there was a dead spot in the grass (about 2 or 3 square feet) right where the hose came out of the truck and then a couple of 1/2 inch wide lines in the grass where it looks dead that run up to the house (I believe where the hoses were). I didn't think you used any chemicals, so I am puzzled at why this occurred. I should grow back and be fine, just wasn't expecting that.

They are very good at taking out stains out of carpets. However, it is quite expensive!!!

The carpet cleaning service was outstanding, removing several stains. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Zerorez has an excellent product and service. We were very pleased with the service.

I appreciate the fact that they give a 2 hour window for their arrival time. My time is valuable as well as yours and I appreciate the fact that Zerorez is concerned enough to keep to a schedule. I can't tell you how many companies tell me they will be there between noon and seven and don't bother to call to let you know an approximate time of arrival so I waste a half day waiting for a company who may or may not show up.

Everything! Keith Loatman was the tech that came to clean my carpet. He was very courteous and did a great job on my carpet. I found some recent paint spots and had no trouble getting them up. Even the graphite my husband got on the carpet came out. It looks like brand new carpet. I appreciate Keith's genuine interest in getting my carpet clean. I will spread the good word about your company.

No chemicals!!

state-of-the-art - don't have to use my water - most efficient

I thought the price was a little expensive. There were three bedrooms 1 was a medium size master and the other two had very little space to clean around a bed and the other was a very small area too. Thought the price could have been reduced. The tile price was high also, will probably never have that done again. Even though the floors look clean,I will hold my opinion on that to see if any stain returns. The customer service was good and he was very pleasant even though he got soaking wet in the rain.

Efficient and friendly. Also, workers left my home clean.

You technician, Ron was very courteous and explained all the steps to the process. My air conditioner broke down just hours before he arrived so he had to work in poor conditions. I have recommended your company to all my friends. Just one observance...I was not told what preparations I needed to do prior to your visit. I am a CSR and know how important everyone learns the same script.

No one contacted me about the carpet cleaner being very late. I had to keep calling. The carpet looks great and the man who cleaned was very nice and didnt rush through even though he was so late.
