I had thought my carpet was cleaned well, until I looked behind a door. The carpet was not clean. This may be a room that I seldom use, but I was embrassed when company arrived, to what I thought was a clean room.
The test was amazing! Randy showed us how much better our tile would look when completed,
Very happy with the job Ron did on our carpets. We have pets, 3 dogs, and most of the "accident" stains came out. Our carpets look great and smell clean. Most of all, we like that the cleaning process uses no heavy soaps or chemicals that can't be fully extracted from the carpets. Will definitely use your service again and will ask for Ron to do our cleaning if we can! Awesome job Ron!
The tech that came out was very nice. I'm a manager at a dealership and his customer service was fantastic
Zerorez does a fantastic job!! We had four rooms, two closets, four area rugs, two 8' couches and two chairs cleaned. Every thing looks like new again. We were very pleased with Joseph our tech. He was very pleasant, helpful and extremely professional. I would not hesitate in recommending your services to my friends.
The couch and love seat don't look any cleaner and they were wet for hours upon hours after you left. Further, since they remained wet for so long, our home smelled musty for a couple days.
Leaves a fresh smell to the place, your reps are great and friendly. and the carpets looked almost new.
Everyone is helpful. The service provided is thorough and timely. My rug looks new again.
Did thorough job and did not pressure us to purchase other services.
All natural
Your technician came on time even though inclement weather was involved. He was diligent in trying to do a good job. He explained that it was evident that my carpet had been vacuumed often but that it did not appear to be worn as much as I had thought. He was clean, personable and not a high pressure sales person trying to run up a bill. Should I need another cleaning before replacing the carpet, I will request the same technician.
Friendly technician.
It was important to us to use a service whose products and processes would be as environmentally friendly as possible because of our 3 Boston
Terriers. They only live about a foot off the ground, and with the constant potential for bronchial issues with them, we believed that Zerorez was the way to go.
I was really impressed with the representative that came to my house. He was very courteous and extremely professional and got quickly to work. In order to confirm whether or not one particular trouble spot still held any odor after cleaning it, he actually got down on his hands and knees to smell the carpet! He was very knowledgeable about the products and the processes he was using. He worked quickly and efficiently, and I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again if needed.
The technician Daniel was great! The service was exceptional' the quality of the machine was awesome.
Professional service. Carpet was noticeably very clean after the service.
Dear Zerorex,
Todd Metxer, a neighbor, has used your service for many years. He highly recommended your company. Upon receiving such good reviews, I made an appointment. I decided to try you out and I had a regular carpet cleaning done in my house at 1842 Teton Dr. in Grapevine TX.
Tony arrived around 10:00 am today. I was only expecting a quote but Tony said he could do it today. Tony said the carpet was not bad at all. They came in and did a "test" on the grout on the kitchen floor, which took about five minutes. It looked so good I asked him to give me the cost on that as well. Then Tony did a "test" on the carpet giving a choice "A" normal cleaning or "B" with the enzyme cleaner. Next, the conversation discussed the difference between the enzyme treatment verses just having a regular carpet cleaning done. It was stated that the old the carpet will be taken out with in the next year and just wanted it clean for now. He said he would work with me. I asked him what that meant. I asked if that meant I would be paying it off over the next year or if I was suppose to put him on my Christmas list or feed him, just what. He said he would work within my budget and give a special deal.
When quoted eight hundred dollars for the tile, living room and master bedroom Tony was informed the notes made from the online special and a call the neighbor was needed to confirm what Mr. and Mrs. Metzar paid. The quote then went from 800.00 to 600.00 dollars. Todd, who had recently done his house cleaned, has exact same square footage. Todd had the carpet cleaned through the entire house including the grout for $350.00 in all the rooms. The phone call made to the neighbor confirmed the estimate was ridiculously high. Todd said he had no problem with you looking at his past receipts for work he has done with you in the past. He is also going to provide a copy of the last receipt from November 2012.
When I relay some of this information to Tony, he said a lot has changed since then and he wondered when this person had last used the service. I gave him the date and he said no way could they do it for that amount, that maybe the technician gave him some sort of special deal. The thought that crossed my mind was how I get a special deal. I told Tony that I was only going to have the regular cleaning for now.
Tony and the other young man said that they would help move some of the furniture earlier in the conversation. I began moving the end tables and everything off the floor space in the bedroom and the living room as the other young man watched When asked to move a small writing desk around the corner two feet into the kitchen the young man said he could be responsible if anything was broken. He said it was heavy. I picked it up with two hands and carried into the kitchen. I asked them if they were going to put something under the feet of the couch. The other young man said "if" Tony had something in the truck. They did place small Styrofoam blocks under the couch and the chair. I asked them if were going to rake the carpet after they were done and he said no.
After they left I called your company back and asked for a general quote. Betty, ID number 212 gave some common numbers. I informed Betty that I was quoted 600.00 just for the tile. Betty said it depends on "how soiled" the tile was. I understand this is not an exact amount but it was nowhere near $600. to $800.00. I said I would like to have a quote on just the tile cleaning and received a general quote including sealant. We rescheduled an appointment for Tuesday with a 2.5 window. I felt the need to compare the quotes and see if I can get a better "deal". This letter will be sent after the second person comes to give a quote.
I began to understand what was meant when the comment was made it is up to the technician as to "what is needed" and "how they can work with you". They must work in sales and whatever they can get for the job is what they can make. I am highly disappointed with the discrepancy quoted between the neighbors home and my own.. The demeanor of the two men changed and it was evident they were not very happy with the decision. This is not a car dealership and the numbers should not double or triple in price depending on how they can "help" you. I soooo wanted to give a good report to my friends and neighbors but truthfully there is not a rule of thumb for your technicians and I would have felt raked over the coals had I not called Todd and Trina back for a comparison. Please respond to this letter. Thank you very much.
Sincerely yours,

Received automated phone call at 1:03 today to confirm the appointment between 4 and 6 pm Tuesday.
Today Randy arrived. I asked him to quote a price for just the tile. Then we added the carpet. Even when I had all the carpet, stain remover and tiles cleaned and sealed we could not come up with $800.00 dollars. Obviously, this young man named Tony was trying to gouge me. I looked at your blogs and ratings. I am not about putting companies down. However, you may want to talk to this other tech. Tony said he could not guarantee that the stains would not come back up and he could not come back to fix them at the 99.00 deal for a first time user. Well he was right a huge spot came up near the couch. Randy did the tiles and went over the huge spot that came up the next day while he was here. I asked Randy for of the spot cleaner and I cleaned around and under the cabinets where the machine did not reach. The discrepancy between one tech and another is too great and I thought someone should know. I will not be using this service again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
Yours are truly,

Professional & very upfront, no hidden charges.
My carpet looks wonderful.
Thanks Zerorez.
Our carpets look beautiful and the tech you sent to clean our carpets went above and beyond!!! First time we used you ... we will use you again and recommend you!!!
We still have pet stains and did not realize the $240 dollars we paid for pet treatment was non guaranteed until I opened the invoice and saw this. When I asked the Joseph if he could get all of the pet stains up, he said yes, no problem. We purchased a black light and found that there are pet stains Joseph and I walked prior to cleaning that are still there! I feel that since he said he could get them up and did not say what I was paying for was non guaranteed, that someone should come back out and reclean these areas where the pet stains are. I had recommended you to 5 co-workers, but will take this recommendation back.

Tech very eager to please
Have used service twice; technicians have been great, friendly, helpful, seem concerned to do a quality job (today's tech was Luke). Not sure about pricing; I have not used another service so can't compare, but $60 per room for pre-conditioning seems VERY high; it's higher than the actual cleaning charge per room. It takes the tech maybe 30 seconds to spray a room with the pre-conditioner, so $60?? Is the chemical itself that expensive? The tech offers a break on that ($60 for all rooms, since I was a repeat customer; though I think I remember that my first time as a customer they offered the same), which is the only thing that makes it halfway acceptable, but having four rooms cleaned breaks down to $15 per room for pre-conditioning, and the tech says pre-conditioning is pretty much always the way to go, so basically you're paying $65 per room if you get the break on the pre-conditioning, and $110 per room (!!) if they didn't offer a break on the pre-conditioning. No one would pay $110 per room, so makes me wonder if the "$60 per room for preconditioning, but I'll give you a special deal" is just a standard line; I'd rather they just be up-front, say pre-conditioning is the only way to really get most carpets clean, and just charge a standard $10 per room for pre-conditioning. But as I said, I have not used another service, so maybe this pricing is not way out of line with others (maybe I'll try another service to find out); but it seems very high and maybe not altogether up-front. But the technicians I've had have been great.
My carpets are always very clean, and the service people are courteous and knowledgeable about their work.
Zero residual!

The carpet in the bedroom was supposed to be Scotch guarded. It may have been but one of my dogs tracked something in on his feet and it wouldn't come right up. What do I need to use on a scotch guarded carpet to maintain the integrity of the scotchguard?
