Everything! On time, efficient, friendly technician!!! Great system! Took care of a VERY dirty apartment carpet with ease. Dried quickly. No crunchy carpet after the carpet dried. My husband and I are looking into having our carpets done at our home. Thanks!!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Pricing on the tile cleaning was outrageously expensive. I don't see any big change from the cleaning that cost me over $500. I would recommend carpet cleaning but not the tile cleaning at all.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

As your records might show, the technician that came in the morning coudln't get the equipment to work. He made a mess and I wasted my whole Saturday trying to get my carpets clean. Finally another Technician showed up in the afternoon and he fixed the mess left by your morning employee. JB was great but the morning episode ruin the whole experience for me. I would like to wait a week or so to see the results of the job done. Thank you

I didn't really notice that my carpets had been cleaned, except in one small
spot that was treated with a spray. Other than that, it looked liked they'd been vacuumed and that was all.

I was never told there was a fuel charge-not at the home show
where we signed up for carpet cleaning nor by the tech
that cleaned the carpet. The additional charge just showed up on my credit
card statement. I am very disappointed that Zerorez conducts business
in this manner. The tech told me my credit card would be charged
$149.,and that's what I expected to see on my credit card statement.

Technician tried to fix another technicians seam and was unable to do so. Noticeable patch - does not look good.

The most recent attempt to fix the area where the technician tore my carpet has resulted in an unsightly patched area. Unfortunately it has taken Zerorez several attempts to try too fix this and management was unwilling to fix it correctly (carpet replacement versus saddle seam). I am sad to say I cannot recommend Zerorez for carpet stretching or any carpet work (other than maybe a basic cleaning). I have worked with the company patiently to try to resolve this but now I am quite upset at how terrible my carpet looks and don't think Zerorez has the resources to fix it. I wish I could rewind time and not have engaged Zerorez so that I could have my original carpet(the carpet wasn't even that dirty) and just have it the way it was and my money back. Unfortunately during this 8 week process two of my neighbors have needed their carpets cleaned and went with other vendors and have been completely satisfied - they did not go with Zerorez due to my experiences.

It was a miracle! My renters left the carpet in a terrible mess and I never dreamed any carpet cleaning company could pull this off. It looks almost new.

Your service provider was personalable and showed me the trouble ares so that I could get the best possible results. The carpets look wonderful and the furniture was place back as if nothing had happened.

Your technician was very thorough and very careful while cleaning my carpets. The carpets looked very good when he left. I will most likely call Zerorez back in a few months to do an additional cleaning to remove the "stuff" left in my carpet's that other carpet cleaning compaines left behind! (i.e. soap)
