The pricing of additional services made me suspicious that I was trying to be taken advantage of.
I had my tile cleaned and some of the grout was cloudy or whitish after the process.

I never received the zero Rez gift card and the guy did not give me a 30 minute call he gave me a 15 minute call which did not work with my schedule I had to rush home.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your technicians used:" bait an switch" tactics. Advertised $99. Got the price up to $300

They claimed that there were dog urine stains in every room, and charged additional for each "stain".

I purchased this house brand new five years ago. Have never owned a dog.

They counted my small living room as two rooms, although only cleaning the areas around the furniture.

Within 24 hours spots reappeared even after someone came back the second time. Now we have an appointment for someone to come back a third time. Customer service rep first response wasn't helpful. I'm just disappointed. It's been a hassle this far.

Jake stone and jerod work hard to get all the vents clean and then recleaned the carpets as dust from the vents fell. I had placed sliders under the big furniture and jake never batted an eye, he just slid the furniture around and cleaned without question. Jake and jerod came on 5/31 for the vents and carpets in 3 rooms....great guys, professionable and work was excellant. On 6/1 fabin was out for my other 3 rooms, he said there would be $25 charge to move furniture even though the furniture had sliders under it. I slid the furniture around in 2 rooms and my young daughter did the other room.

If fabin had offered the extra protectant I would have bought it. I bought it from jake.

I will definitly use zerorez again and I hope guys like jake and jerod come do the work.

I was very impressed by the final carpet cleaning of my home. I told the serviceman that I was already considering replacing my carpet. After they were finished, my carpet appears newer and does not need replacement. The carpet had stains and pet urine which was cleaned and is not visible now.

I really liked the professionalism of your service provider and the fact that the carpet did not change color after it dried. When I used other services in the past, some spots came back after it dried but not Zerorez.

I had service at 9100 Independence Parkway # 2603 Plano, Texas 75074.

My invoice is attached.

I had called on Wednesday of last week and notified you guys that service and cleaning was not good and you had scheduled a re-cleaning for Friday of last week. I had told you guys prior that this is for an Apartment move out and that it needed to be clean. This carpet is only about 1 and 1/2 years old and I expected for this to be an easy clean.

After the Friday's Re-cleaning I had another move-out inspection done for the move out and it did not pass- the apartment complex told me that it is not clean and they will be charging me for additional cleaning and or new carpet installation.

Please refund me my money as this has been a pointless service, where I could have vacummed my self and received the same results.

Your invoice states 100% satisfaction and I am 100% not satisfied with this service! - Please refund my money immediatly.

When I made the appointment I thought we included the closet in the master bedroom. I might be wrong on that but I wanted it included and I thought I mentioned it to the call center. I showed it to the technician who said he could do it for me. Upon completion of the job, I noticed it was not done. Since it was late Saturday I decided to just wait and call in today on Monday. The person I spoke to said I did not pay for the closet but since the technician said he would do it and didn't, they would send someone out today to clean it between 4:30 - 6:30. I took off work early and got home at 4:30 and stayed until almost 6:30 but no one called. Since I had plans for later this evening, I had to cancel the appointment which did not seem to bother the dispatch person at all. I was not asked if I wanted to reschedule or anything which I found a bit odd. Just got an "OK" and that was it. I guess the bottom line is that if I did not pay for it, I'm not due anything but would have gladly paid to have it done. Last, if you can't make the appointment or see that you will be late, just let me know. I could have stayed on my job and not taken off early.

I am tired of when your associates come on sight and they continue to try and sale additional items. I have used your service enough to know what I want to have done.
Also, this time ther seem to be a moldy smell to the water. While the carpet dryer quickly it has not smelled good

What could we do to improve?

There was a high traffic dark spot in the hall carpet, right outside a bathroom door, not a stain, just high traffic area, and the spot came back the very next day after we had a party. Everything I have ever heard or seen indicated spots like that would not come back, and that the carpet would look like new. It looked like new in that area for one day.
