Carpet is nice and clean!
Please remind the techs to park far enough away from the curb so that the exhaust from the truck running for 1 hour does not kill the grass. I now have an area at the curb in front by the walk that is dead I will need to dig it out to allow for other grass to grow or replant.
I had a water stain at the back door, Keith was able to get about 85% up with his removers, maybe a second treatment is needed. I will watch an see if it comes back.
Please remind the Tecs to ware their shoe covers.
I moved everything off the floor and thought the Tech would get under the chair in the bedroom but did not. He did get the chair in the living room as I was in there.

Being a recent cancer survivor I thought cleaning with water made sense, but I do not see a difference in my carpets.
I had my carpet and sofa cleaned. James did an excellent job and was very prompt and polite. After four days the carpet still looks great in my high traffic office. No stains have come back.
The only complaint I have is the price. I hear a lot of your commercials on radio about specials. They did not apply to me, I guess.

I had my tile cleaned and sealed and the technician tracked a white residue all over my hardwood floors in my house. The same residue was left on the kitchen time which has now been tracked through the rest of the house. I wish he would have cleaned that residue off he tile or at least told me I needed to. After paying over $300 to have my carpets and time cleaned, in a small house I might add, I'm having to go back over his work and clean my house!

Be honest with your pricing and advertising.
I was surprised to find a hidden "fuel charge" on my bill. Yes, the technicians mentioned it when they arrived. However, I spoke with your phone agents no fewer than three times to obtain accurate pricing information. At no time did any of your agents disclose the fuel charge. I perceive this as deliberately deceitful.
Also, your radio ads profess that your cleaning lifts and re-twists the carpet fibers. When I asked the technician to explain how his "wand" could do such a thing, he replied that the 'lift-twist' treatment was just for some carpets and did not apply to my carpet. Your radio ad should explain this clearly stating that your process is limited to select carpets. Again, I perceive this as deliberately deceitful.
Finally, your technician stated that if I did not score every question on this survey as "10" your company docked the technician's pay. that is very disappointing since the comments for this question have no relationship to the quality or friendliness of the technician.
I was very impressed with Ken and Juan. They did a great job and let me know exactly what to expect. My carpet looks great and I was especially thrilled about the short drying time. I usually have to wait overnight for the carpet to dry, but no more! I will be using Zerorez again in the future! Oh, the price was great, too!
I thought the service that you use to pull the dirt out of the carpet before cleaning was wondering. I've never had any other carpet cleaner do that.
