As you are aware the appointment I had for June 26 was so late with no communication from your office. The tech showed up at 9:30 pm after the reservation was for 4pm to 6:30pm. After calling numerous times and told they were running late. I then called for the 4th time at 7:10 pm to find out that the offices are closed and there is no way to get ahold of any person. Very frustrating when you are sitting in an empty house for more than 6 hours. I left a voice mail and did receive a call back from the manager. Overall the cleaning was great. I felt for the tech who was still out working at almost midnight and we were concerned that the neighbors might be bothered by the noise.
Overall the carpets were cleaned well.
We have noticed that on Angies list and other sights the biggest compaints customers have is lateness.
I had another reservation for the Friday for my old home and that went well - the techs were great and Brad (the Manager) and I came to an agreement.
I had a job that required multiple (3) visits. I had requested the same service person complete all the work. He had access codes, knew the location of the work we had discussed, etc.
This did not happen. I had to start over w/ each service call, relaying the codes, explaining the scope of work, etc.
It would have been better if Zerorez was more flexible when setting up the work.
Everything! From the employees to the service to the results. My dog had been extremely sick and left horrible stains on the carpet that I could not keep up with cleaning. Once you were all done, the carpet looked better than brand new!
I used you several years ago at my old house and I was very impressed. You got every bit of the dog stain and urine smell out of my carpets. This time, I can still smell the dog uriine in several places. I don't know what's different about yoour product, but it didn't seem to work as well this time.
I was given a phone call a few days before my service that gave me a window from 4:00pm to 6:30pm for the carpets to be cleaned. I was told during that phone call that I would get another phone call 30 minutes before the guys were to arrive at my house. I never got that 30 minute phone call, and the guys showed up at 2:30, forcing me to miss my son's basketball game at 3:00. The men told me they couldn't come back between the 4:00 and 6:30 window I had been given.
The 2 gentleman who quoted and cleaned the carpets were so very friendly and professional. I would recommend this company and especially your 2 employees to anyone! Extremely respectful and courteous.
The thing I liked most was the fantastic work ethic of your technician. He was determined to make a difference in my carpet. His result was excellent!
Technicians arrive on time; professional; and give me good advice about floor care. Also there is no soap residue.
Removed the majority of my carpet issues. We're a few that with your equipment couldn't get out some areas of my carpet, but overall was satisfied with the work that was done.
I liked no chemicals...liked the carpets being dry 5-6 hours...liked Randy...liked service was earlier than promised....liked the "fresh" smell....

Very minor petty theft of a $1 white plastic coat hanger from garage - - - found at the exit of alley. I wouldn't worry about it. I would still use Zerorez because the service and the results were worth it to me. I ruined some old automobile apolstery by trying to wet-vac with detergent - - - the new automobile apolstery Zerorez cleaned for me without soap residue. (I shouldn't have gone into the house during parts of the visit. I would not want anyone fired over this.)
I like the pricing, the service reps, the quick drying time, and the promptness of scheduling.

Was at least 2 hours late.
A great deal of residue was left on the tile floor and tracked onto the wood floor. I am still trying to get it off. Areas of paint on the walls were chipped.
The guys were very respectful and professional
The products used do not leave any residue on the floors and they do not leave any harsh chemical smell.

Very thorough, and excellent product!! However, was a little surprised at the final bill, but we got our money's worth.
The carpet looked the newest for the first time in six years!
Service was great and the tech was very friendly and customer oriented.
This was a large job and most of it was done well. One area carpet has spots on it that are still there. That carpet was rolled up in order to complete work on the tile so I did not see the spots before the service provider left. He did not bring it up either.
$10 fuel charge? That should be disclosed on the phone.
This is the second experience of using your service. The first time the after the cleaning the carpet looked like almost new but not the cleaning I just had. The technician and his assistant were very polite and professional but after the cleaning I could tell that the carpet did not look as good as the first cleaning. There were several areas(small) in each room that was serviced. The technician did go back over some of them. He was very obliging but the next morning I looked over the carpet in all rooms cleaned and again found some small areas that did not look very good.
Another thing, I was told that the service techs would be at my house between 4:30p.m. and 6:30p.m. and the did not arrive until 8:45 p.m., not good at all. I almost sent them away I was so angry with them hanging me up like they did.
I was expecting your co. to be on time without any excuses. And for what I paid for the carpet should have been cleaner.
Yes, the carpet is a light color and about 15 yrs. old but I've had the carpet cleaned at least 2-3 times a year and yes some of the soiled spots may have come from different types of spillage(coffee, ect.) and such.
Maybe if you have a service team in the area sometime in the near future they might call and do the areas that are still soiled.
