The service man that came to my house was named Paul, I believe and he was most courteous, professional, knowledgeable and offered to give me information about cleaning my tile as well. They did an excellent job and it is the cleanest my OLD carpet has looked. I'm done with Stanley Steamer and will use Zerorez from now on because how excellent the service team was cleaning the carpet and how great it looked when they finished.
I was very pleased with the quality of your product. The tech did a good job and was very nice. Mike said he was going to treat the carpet spots then look at the loveseat I wanted cleaned. Next thing I know he had already started cleaning it. I admit I didn't stop him to ask how much he would charge to clean it, but he had already started it, and I thought how much can it be.... When he gave us the final total it was over $400. I was shocked. If he had said that up front I would have said forget it. It wasn't until my husband got on the phone with a supervisor that it got straightened out. Mike had figured square footage rather than lineal feet. I wish Mike had known more about pricing furniture cleaning. So that turned out to be an needless rise in my blood pressure.
I was disappointed that your employees would not move any furniture over 50 pounds. I was told this over the phone on the initial call. It took us three days to move our furniture and three more days to move it back. We are both 55+ and not as strong as we used to be.
I was also disappointed with the amount of time and effort it took on my part to get an invoice and a Fuller's gift certificate emailed to me, almost as if you didn't really want me to have them. I shouldn't have had to make multiple calls, they should have magically appeared in my inbox.
The reason I chose Zerorez in the first place is because you don't use detergent. I had developed a sensitivity to cleaning products several years ago, so your concept sounded good to me. Because of that, I will consider using you in the future.
This most recent cleaning was a redo and the smell is still there.

Everything was great, service tech was excellent and carpets look great. But,it has only been a couple of weeks, so I am waiting to see how things look in a couple of more weeks. Could be a 10!
No mention was made of the $10.00 fuel charge
No mention was made that hook out to house water -- I did not find out until end when I went outside. They assured me everything had been returned and gate closed. I walked out after they left and the gate was wide open with hose unrolled and dripping. This after I specifically asked and told they returned everything correctly.
there is a spot in high traffic area that I thought could have been addressed more aggresively and it was not. Currently I would not recommend or have them return because of above and especially all the "hype" on KVIL how great the service is and how clean the carpet would be. Also since the carpet has dried some of the spots they said were gone are not. Total dissatisfaction.
