Everyone we had contact with was very friendly and efficiet. I like the emails, which makes it easy to keep a record of the work done. I also like the fact that we were first given a window of about 4 hours and then a smaller window the day before.

I have always had a great experience with you. I have continued to use you even though I believe that your process caused my carpet to wrinkle. It is all over the house and had never happened before. I had to have it restretched today. I would be afraid to use you again in case it happened again even though you do a good job as far as cleaning.
The cleaning did not get the stain out of my carpet and it took two times for them to complete the cleaning. I was happy that they kindly came back to fix the problem. The cost is also too high for certain services.

I could not believe how awesome my carpet looks. The carpet is a very light tan color and has endured 8 years of my personal shampoo methods. Never would I have believed that Zerorez would remove the stains that had withstood the grocery store shampoo machine or my own home remedies that were not successful. Not only did Anthony remove all the stains the 8 year old carpet looks brand new. I'm estactic since I just put my house on the market and the potential owners can reveal in the many "carpet shampooed trails". Thanks Zerorez, I will not hesitate to use your service again in the future.

HELP!!!!!!!! I loved the cleaning of the carpet but whatever the after treatment was is a disaster in a 4' x 4' area right near the linoleum in the kitchen. It looks like all my cats peed on the same spot. It's orange and brown and isn't completely dry. It's also very sticky. Since it's Sunday and I just arrived back in town after the Friday cleaning, I am planning to call right now to see what can be done. I don't know if anyone will be there but I will leave a message. Thanks.
