My carpeting is less than one year old. The seam in the living room has come apart in about a 12 inch length. The seam was not apparent before the cleaning, but I noticed the full length of it was more evident afterwards. I thought it might be because the carpet was wet. Now I see that it has come apart. It is also raveling in this spot. I believe the cleaning process pulled it apart. It will have to be repaired. Can you repair this?

Tim did a great job but some of the stains in the bedroom were still there after the carpet dried. The biggest stain was gone, though.

I was so pleased with my technician and the work he did. I had really dirty, pet stained carpeting that most people had told me to throw away. I was determined to clean it up. I had scrubbed it from the top, but the stains and smell kept coming back. I had it pulled partially up and bleached the slab and replaced the dirty pad, but I still had the issue of very dirty carpet--especially the backing.
Cody listened carefully to what I had tried and what I wanted to do. Then he did some tests and made his recommendations. He recommended a complete Flush of each room, but that was very expensive, and I could not do that. So, he worked with me to develop a plan of action. One room was not too bad on the backing, so I had had the carpet reinstalled. He did a pet treatment and clean on it. It looks like new. In one room, he cleaned the backing thoroughly and put a large fan on it to dry it out while he worked on the other rooms. One room was so bad, we elected to pull the carpet out. He moved it out to my driveway and thoroughly cleaned the backing. The job he did was amazing. Then we left it in the sun to dry. I told him this could be a two step process due to my lack of funds. So we arranged for him to return in a week or so after I reinstall the carpet and to do a pet treatment and clean the other two rooms on the top side.
Cody worked so hard and did such a great job. He worked with me through an impossible situation when I could not afford to replace my carpet. He offered me a very reasonable price, and I look forward to his return to finish the job.

I like the product because it does not use chemicals and it still got the carpet cleaned very nicely. The gentleman, Bill, who provided the service was very professional with very positive work attitude. He knew the product well and gave me detail explanations and answered all my question regarding the product. He also did a thorough job on my carpet, which looks like a new carpet now. I'm fully satisfied of his services.

Not satisfied with carpet stretching, which was VERY expensive. Other than that, your service was great. A couple of places were missed in the cleaning, but overall, we are very happy.
The Carpet looked great. I also had you clean my ducts and tile in my kitchen. Your representative was extremely cordial and helpful in making the decision to have the work done. He acted very business like and should be commended on his work ethic and his salesmanship as well. I was very pleased with the results and will recommend the Company to others that have the need to have their carpet and/or ducts cleaned.
Suggesion: You should add window cleaning inside and out along with wood floor cleaning. That way you will have covered everything that the inside of a house would need. I had this work done to have the house ready to be leased. Thanks again for all of your good work.
