Your techs are always very knowledgable & courteous. They offer treatments that they see might be beneficial but do not push it. They also work very hard at their jobs & tell me how happy they are working for your company. I have used your services for more than 10 years & will not consider anyone else to do the cleaning of my carpets. I watch Undercover Boss & would suggest that your CEO/Owner of your company go out to work with your techs undercover to see how hard their jobs are. First of all, Cody was so friendly and worked so hard to get my carpets clean. He took personal interest in the work he did for us. And second, I like the process Zerorez uses with no chemicals and no residue. My carpets look great and you can count on my call next time I need my carpets cleaned. By the way, my son-in-law, Bryan Hull in Carrollton had his carpets cleaned about a month ago and told me about the great job that he got. I liked the fact that they were very friendly and very professional. The fact that there was no chemicals or detergents used. Our carpet was sanitized and is very clean and was brought back to looking like new again.

I paid $99/for 3 rooms -- wanted the den done; however, the technician said he was unable to do it, my daughter said OK, BUT the technician never informed us since we were paying for 3 rooms we could; however, have the living room done. Also, he never offered to show us a written invoice only one was emailed - had we seen we were paying for 3 rooms, we certainly would have had the living room done. I feel the company needs to come back and clean my living room at no cost.

Your cleaning system does a great job; BUT, your technician needs more "Customer Service" interaction.

Tech was pleasant and cordial, but not prepared. He did not have a tape measure or pen.

HE did a very nice job on the stains. My carpet looks like new again.

Expectations were not clearly explained before the appointment; however, my tech was very good. I am disappointed in the communication of the company, not the tech.

First off, you all don't use my water. You're prompt and friendly, you leave ZeroRez AND you're less expensive than EVERYONE else I called.

Our technician did not use corner covers this time, and I would have liked for him to have done so. Also, he left a lot of product drips on our wood floors and this has usually not been the case previously. Carpets were cleaned well, but these extra touches were not there this time.

I had been burned in the past paying $750 for two rooms, one a 15 x 15 the other a 15 x 25. I realize there is dog urine, but that seemed very outrageous. I called your company from hearing ads on the radio and got the feeling prices were fixed, depending on what needed to be done. I had a person come out just to do an estimate, which I had stated in the phone call. While the person did show up on time, he had the equipment at the front door ready to go. He was aware of my past trouble, looked over the rooms, tapped his phone a few times and said his estimate would be around $750 as well. I said I understand the need for special treatment of stains, but didn't feel it was worth it to pay over $250. He then said he could come down to $320. WHOA! So much for fixed pricing, it sounds like the individual tries to get as much as they can. How many gallons of this "special" ingredient is needed for my size rooms and how much does each gallon cost. The other funny part is I said I would think about it and he just stood there and I had to say that means not now I will get back to you. At this point I am under the impression I will not get a fair price with your company either and I will just have to keep searching the that reputable that is not trying to take advance of customers.
