There was some confusion regarding my appointment window...it was taken care of -

Great customer service! Carpet looked fabulous after treatment.

After the carpet was dry it looked matted in traffic areas. It appears to have needed more brushing.

The products used on my carpet were very effective at removing the stains. The technician was extremely knowledgeable about the process and answered all of my questions. He was friendly and professional.

Fast, very clean and service guys were extraordinary in their attention and service. This is our 4th or so service by you and the best so far.

Probably you people do a great job and you should based on what you charge. We got an estimate on what the cost would be and it was $577 for according to the two men that came by and said it would take at least two hours to accomplish the task. Please understand I'm not a nuclear scientists and this is not my first rodeo tho. They left with the agreement that we would earnestly give this consideration which we did and they also were to call us back and tell us if there was a better price that they could come up with. We did not hear from them therefore that must have been the best price that they could come up with. We will go with someone else even though that we liked the concept. First name removed

The price I was told initially by the technician was changed after the work performed, there was an area I showed the technician that did not come out. The comement was that I should hav ebought the more expensive package. Also I've never received the gift card for Fullers Jewerly and I was told that would be mailed to me on a Friday.

The only thing I am having a problem with is there is no place on the pdf receipt for me to request the $100 gift certificate from the jewelry store??????? How do I get that? I heard this on 98.7 radio and told the operator when I called Zerorez for service. Dan told me there would be a place on the receipt sent to me via email to request the gift certificate

It was quick, simple, and my carpet looks great. Joshua was very communicative and helpful.

No soap, no odor, good technicians, arrives on time, replaces furniture, takes care of furniture and decorative objects, good company

The technicians were great, and the carpet cleaning system is fabulous. The BIG drawback was that I requested a morning appointment, and it was close to 3 PM before they were here and getting started. When we went to bed, the carpet was still quite wet. I feel like my time was not respected, and it took an entire day and we were still not able to put things back like they were.

I paid for three rooms and extra for a hallway and only 2 rooms were done

Your cleaning service is both effective and professional... this is the third time I've cleaned my carpets with Zerorez....however, I was assured I would be given a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to my anticipated tech arrival.... there was no call.... so he's at my house in North Dallas and I'm at work in Frisco....made him wait and drove home in 15 minutes! Not a good plan for anyone..... did call in and complain.....

I like the fact that the carpet is cleaner than when it was done with soapy products.

Professionalism and thoroughness of employees

I like the "no chemical" process. The tech's were nice and efficient, however after
me moving the smaller things out of the way I would have liked to have had ie: bedside tables, smaller occ. chairs and small chests moved to clean under them as was done the
first time I used Zerorez.

The employee was punctual, pleasant, hardworking, and fair as it came to pricing. I believe his name was Randy. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and I will continue to do so. Very well done!

I will have to see how it holds up to know. I was surprised by how wet the carpet was when finished.

I like the fact that there is no residual odor> I have asthma and that is one of my biggest triggers. Also the fact that it does not leave a lot of moisture behind. I was not hear while they did it as I was not sure about the smell. My husband was very impressed with Cesar Sierra the tech that cleaned the carpet. He said he had a great personality and seemed to know what he was doing. We had two stained areas that he took extra time with and they look great. My husband said it was so nice to have someone come into our home that took pride in what he was doing and did not mind explaining the procedure and visit. I will definitely use you again and recommend you.

The service provider took the time to understand what we needed and what the trouble areas were from. The results of the cleaning were that 99% of the areas that had stains were gone, even some really old stains that other cleaning companies could not get out.

Not charge so much to treat pet odors. $60 a room is excessive!
