Tell customer about the fuel surcharge! This has been added in last year when fuel is now less than it was a year ago. It comes across as a hidden charge. I'd planned on tipping the tech but the fuel charge took the planned tip $!!! Very disappointed in Zerorez ; be honest about your pricing up front!!!
Our carpets look so much better after the cleaning. I must say that I don't feel that the $60 we paid to have the bedroom treated with your special enzyme solution was worth the money. Our traffic patterns are still quite visible and I expected them to be more muted.
I like the idea of no residue.
Good service and best of all a week after your service spots have not started to reappear.
Professionalism
What I like about Zerorez is their commitment to service and explanation of how their services work during the cleaning process. Their cleaning techniques did a fantastic job, considering a family of six and its level of traffic on a day by day basis in a household environment.
Zerorez's use of no chemicals is also a plus, given that at times people may use to much chemical agents when cleaning household surfaces.
Zerorez's advertisements on radio (such as WRR 101.1) places emphasis on the regard the company places on its clientele and potential clientele.
Excellent result and customer service
Employees were polite, neat and considerate of their surroundings. However, I would have appreciated being informed by the person on the phone there was a $10.00 transportation charge.
No chemical smell. Polite service technician.

Carpets where really dirty and almost got 100 percent of the stains and the carpets dried really fast
Service was great. Carpet and stairs look like new. We also ask the tech about cleaning dryer vent, he was able to do it while he was here and did a great job.
A couple of spots seemed rough after cleaning that wasn't that way before. Almost like something didn't get rinsed completely. Other than that I was very satisfied.
That your service leaves carpet clean and less likely to leave pollutants in carpet.

Today is Sunday & the carpet in my dining room is still wet after being cleaned on Thursday afternoon. I have had a fan on it trying to dry it out with windows & doors open. It should have been dried no later than Friday afternoon as the weather has been nice & warm. I am not happy about the situation especially since the cleaning cost me over $300. When the carpet was cleaned in September, I feel I received a better cleaning job and the carpet was dry in several hours. The next time my carpets need to be cleaned I will probably use another company to do the job. Name removed
The area rug that was cleaned and treated for pet odor still remains outside because the treatment did not get rid of the horrible smell. I was told that it would not be a problem .. I would either like my $85.00 back or someone to come out to my house again and try to see if there's something else that can be done so I can bring this area rug into my home and enjoy it.
