I like the use of basically "HOT" water to do the cleaning instead of the use of "soapy water". I like the feel of the carpet after it dries.....just like it was when it was installed, not the "crunches" after other competitors products were used.
The cleanliness of the carpet after you had finished. Every single spot in every single room was removed. I also was very impressed by the technician. He was fast, thorough, professional and was completely knowledgeable regarding his job. Compared to other carpet cleaning companies that I've used in the past, Zerorez is head and shoulders above your competition.

The Zerorez service technician was very helpful, professional and courteous. He did a great job and our carpets look great!
The products are very effective at cleaning my carpet. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. He worked very hard to do a good job. I have used him before and will always request his services.
We were quoted one rate and then when the Service Tech showed up to do the work he quoted a higher price. The service tech that showed up was not the same service tech that provided the quoted rate. I contacted the manager and rescheduled for a differerent day and he agreed to give me the quoted rate. What a inconvenience. The service technician who provided the initial quote ended up coming to my house the second time and did a great job as well as his co-worker.
I just will think twice in the future before using ZeroRez or referring anyone to Zerorez because I feel like you all are all about the money. When a price is quoted it should be honored regardless of who quoted it.
Workers were polite and professional. They cleaned four large rooms in 38 minutes so I wonder how clean your system gets the carpet. They worked steadily but made no effort to clean closets or other small areas that could have been included in the job.

I had a morning appointment and waited All day, I called at 1:10 and was
Told that some one would be here in 20 minutes. This was my last week-end day off
Till January so I did have plenty to get done. Some one did show up almost 4. I rolled up two area rugs
In one bedroom to the end tables. I was gonna ask for help to lift them and pick up rugs so
They could clean and I forgot, they started in the back so I didn't walk back there again.
They didn't even open the closet to clean & there is a dirty line there now.
So not the cleaning I was expecting from the endorsement from k luv radio.
They also said it was not very wet at all but my bedroom & bathroom were still wet the next day
The service and results was great. The attitude about the add-on pricing and disclaimers about room sizes was a bit much. I would hesitate to call you back based on that alone.
