Quick and efficient

Overall I am very pleased with the service I received. A split in the seam of my carpet was revealed after the cleaning, and a technician returned promptly to check it out. It appears to be a manufacturer's default and unrelated to the cleaning process.

My only request for improvement on future cleanings would be that more of the water be extracted. It seemed to take a longer time to dry than I expected (4-5 hours).

I love that the carpets were so clean. The two men were very quick, but very thorough in completing the job to my satisfaction!

Very friendly, professional, timely, and most of all honest. Majority of the rooms did not need additional treatments so we were not sold services that were not necessary.

The clean feel with no shampooing!

In past years we have used you for 2 reasons, You clean the best and you are LDS. I referred you to everyone I knew and did so knowing you are the best.
I have no doubt that you are the best now but you have totally priced your services out of the average person's reach.
I do not believe that near $350.00 is a fair price to do 2 side chairs and a sofa. I will try to clean them myself.

The areas in the tile in my kitchen were not cleaned. There is a distinguishable difference in the area cleaned and not cleaned. More significantly, while I have no way to prove this the 2 year old Sony television in no longer works. When I went on your site the first time I never received a response. A year later I decided to try again and called for an appointment. The lady answering the call to set the appointment was not very informative about the service they offered. I really just went by what I heard on the commercial because she could nott answer my questions.

I was very impressed with our technicians. We loved the black-light effect where we could see the stains. We appreciated how the technician told us how to best treat future "pet accidents". The hot-water with the medal suction thing was amazing. Wow! And then to be able to see what is coming out of our carpet via the clear capsule was very helpful. The finished product? Wow! Just Wow! Cody and his trainee, George, were very thorough and concise; friendly and trust-worthy. My friend, Tony Zazza with KVIL has been plugging zerorez for months. So glad I listend to him. We will be recommending zerorez AND having them back out, when that time rolls around again. Thank you, zerorez, for your professionalism and your totally 100% and beyond Green affect. I liked the professionalism of the technician that came to my home to take care of my carpets.

I booked 3 rooms for 99.00 and when the Zerorez carpet cleaner came to our house, he led my husband to believe that it would cost $100 more to do a pet care and scotch guard, $346.00 later, I am left wondering what the heck happened. I have spoken to Brad at customer service, who was supposed to get back to us today, Monday, November 18th, but we haven't heard from him. Supposedly my husband was supposed to sign something to accept the $346.00 charges, but he did not sign anything, and as I said, was under the impression that it would cost an additional $100. And to top it off, we weren't even given the 3 rooms for $99.00. Is there a disconnect with the person who makes the appt with us and the actual technician? Or does the upselling trump anything discussed over the phone? I loved your service the first time I used you, but I am very disappointed this time and feel like we were scammed. Name removed
