I was told originally my window was from 1:30-6 and asked that it will earlier in the window than later. The day do I was told 4-6 and again requested earlier. The technician called to say running late and would mot arrive until 6:30-7. I asked if someone could come earlier. He said he would check. An hour later when I had not heard back called call center and a very unhelpful male told me there was nothing he could do and admitted sometimes they just run late. When the technician arrived he was very apologetic and polite. If my carpets would have been cleaned at the time promised I would not have any complaints but my time is valuable and very upset had to alter plans to accommodate your inability to schedule appropriately.
I want to say that Thomas came out and shampooed the carpet and did a great job. I have used your service in the past and the original person that comes out needs a supervisor to come back and do the job properly. I really like your product and will probably use you in the future but would prefer to have a supervisor come out the first time and I will know the job will be done properly.
I think it is so sad that employees feel it is ok to just get the job done and get a paycheck. A true employee is one who truly appreciates their career and strives to do 110% every job.

I had to call 5 times to get someone to come out of the hotel?
Your customer service is outstanding. Our carpets were recently cleaned but we were not satisfied and so I emailed and called your offices. A supervisor came ou and tesed the areas and determined that they weren't properly cleaned. Technician re-cleaned and our home looked beautiful. I've been using your service for three years and you guys were the only company that was able to remove this large stain.
The house looked great after it was finished
Service tech was great. He took care of some very bad cat issues on our carpet and made our tile look like new!!!

We had a good experience with your company. Although it's true that if you have difficult stains, the price goes up significantly, but we have never been able to get our carpet as clean as it is now. We also chose to scotch-guard in an effort to keep it that way!! The young man who worked with us was very polite and attentive to our concerns.
