Did not appreciate the tech telling me that he could smell a bad odor as he cleaned our carpet. I did not smell anything bad! He wanted to sell me the antibacterial cleaning that you offer. I understand the need for marketing, but be honest about it. I was very satisfied with the cleaning. your tech should have left well enough alone!
This was a call-back. Kyle did a WONDERFUL job on the Zerorez call back. Kyle and his assistant Andy made sure I was happy with the work - it really looked a LOT BETTER! One interesting item - when I had my carpet cleaned on Saturday it had a very strong detergent-like smell that would not go away even after the carpet dried. On Monday, After Kyle cleaned it, the detergent-like smell was not present. I think the other Zerorez person did not steamed it enough to remove the cleaning product he had sprayed on it on Saturday. Kyle did such a great job that I had him clean my master bedroom carpet too! BTW, I had a terrible experience with the call center lady named Neddy - she came across friendly but made me feel that she did not care that I had a poor results from the Saturday carpet cleaning. In response to my request to have someone come out and look at the poor results, she said "I can have someone back out in FOUR days." I was shocked - particularly given all my office furniture was sitting in my foyer!! When I asked to speak with the owner, she said the owner doesn't handle customer problems. I found it amazing that she saw nothing wrong with telling a dissatisfied customer to wait four days to have the carpet redone. It was only after I strongly insisted and threatened a BBB call that she had a supervisor call me and he had Kyle come out that afternoon.

He did a great job cleaning our carpets- I didnt think they could look like that again!!
The carpet took more than 6 hours to dry and it doesn't look much better than before. I found a big wet spot in the master bedroom this morning. I had to put a towel over it to drawn the water out. In addition, one of the drapes in the master bedroom muust have been suck up by the machine. The bottom of it was wet and very wrinkled. The technician didn't lift the drapes off the floor.
I'm not interested in having anyone come back out. Just feel like it was a waste of money.

They are green, no harsh chemicals. The technician was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and worked nonstop until the job was complete.
Great service
Technician too approximately 30 minutes to clean 4 rooms. He offered to pre-treat the areas for an additional $70. Pre-treat is part of the offer on the coupon. I felt I was trying to be taken advantage of. The rooms look dingy spots are still visible. Poorly done.

Rugs look like new and the best experience with their workers. Enhanced Ph levels really work well without and leftover residue.

Employee showed up late, carpets not clean, very expensive charges added, pet odor still in carpet. How do you make it right? Clean carpets to the standard that you said you would do in the first place.
Technician was late, he explained to me that I was not on his schedule and popped up mid day. My appointment was originally scheduled from 10-12 and he wasn't able to get there till 3:45.
I like that chemicals were not used. My carpet looks great.
I was told (by the zerorez guy)not to expect too much of the smell to leave without the big flood treatment , but that he would do the best he could. Not a week later, it rained and the humidity set it. There is still a slight musty odor, but no urine smell, and significantly less!
Despite all the great ads and endorsements, I'm not sure zerorez is any better than other companies. Time will tell on how the cleaning holds up. I have no complaints - both reps who serviced my carpets were great.
