How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was told I would receive a phone call 30 minutes before your techs would arrive in the time frame of 8:30am-11 (time frame was to long) but never received a call, I had to call. Our tech was very nice though! Granted I'm not sure on how old our carpet is but it was filthy when we moved in but I still see stains everywhere and I am aware that not all stains can be removed, but I was expecting my carpet to look a little better than it is now.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was quoted one price over the phone of $154.00 and when they got to my home it changed to $388.00. We went ahead and paid the price since we had everything moved and needed to get this done. The 3 bedrooms had just the area around the beds and didn't need the other furniture moved. Yet they charged extra for the living area as an oversized room. We had someone come out to do the Pet Spot Treatment, spent close to $100, and I think the smell was worse after ZeroRez cleaned the area...

What could we do to improve?

Too many sales pitches- I wanted my carpets cleaned, I did not need to be convinced why I choose the right company. The salesman/ clean wanted to talk me through every step of the process. Then he offered other services the company had to sale. I only wanted to sit back and enjoy getting my carpet cleaned not be a participant of a live commercial.

The first visit, I was not satisfied with the end result, the carpet was not clean. Zerorez made it right and came back out and cleaned the carpet with a seasoned tech and the carpet came out very nice. I was completely satisfied with the customer service dept. correcting the situation is a very timely manner.

Thomas came and applied a topical enzyme that helped the odor. Very nice, informed me of guaranteed prt treatment and told mr that Zerores would apply $150 that I payed for the flash to that service. I will get back with the co soon.

Clean & odor free. Tech was informative and professional looking. However, I did not receive an e-mail receipt of my payment. I will call the original number I used to contact them. Will use Zerorez again next year.

I vacuumed my area rug again after waited for a few hours for my rug Last name removed be dried after the Zerorez guy completed the job Last name removed make sure there is no more dust but I wasn't happy Last name removed see the amount of dust my vacuum cleaner picked up after that. My vacuum cleaner's container was empty before I started vacuuming my rug now it collected a good amount of dust as proof.

Great product but do NOT like the fuel charge! Just add $10.00 if costs went up but don't play games saying it is a fuel charge.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

In 2 areas upstairs where we paid to have pre-treatment for pet stains, they were not pre-treated and the stains were back within hours. You can make it right by sending a different crew to reclean those areas and do whatever it takes to get those stains out at no charge. We had work done by zerorez about 6 months ago and the carpet stayed clean for a long time.

The service person was great. However, the carpets have a stiff feeling to them, as if there's residue that's been left behind. The carpet has a stiff, dry feeling when stepped on.

The service technician exercised great professionalism and attention to detail. Like the fact your cleaning products contain no detergents. Carpets look new again. I am a general contractor and would recommend your services to my clients.

I have had carpets, furniture, and tile/grout cleaned by zerorez numerous times and have always been totally happy with services and the representative that comes out. They leave everything clean when the leave and use corner protectors so the tubing doesn't leave a mark on the walls. They're the best

What could we do to improve?

Scheduled the cleaning almost two weeks ahead of time... Metioned to two different represnetatives that I wanted the first slot of the day... The person that confirmed my appointment three days prior told me that they'd make a note on the service order. Morning of they arrived 1015. To add to it the tech used a product to scrub the carpet prior to begining the service. When I asked if it was a new tool he said "No Sir. We all use it ecah time we clean carpet". I'm a longtime cusomter and have had ZeroRes to this address about five times and I've NEVER seen the srcubber,,,, In the end, no discoun and no comment about arrving at 1015. Tech was great. Just wish they would have called to tell me they wouldn't be able to make it around 8AM.

Right after the Max left our house I have put in a call to you about the poor quality of the carpet cleaning - it hardly made a difference in the foot traffic area. Max the person who came out was extremely nice and I think he did his did his best but I think your cleaning products is flawed. We were charged for 17 stairs but we only have 11 carpeted steps. There are still several dark spots on the carpet after the cleaning. We would had more realistic expectations if we would have been told on our initial walk through that those areas were not going to be completely cleaned. The technician did his best with very old carpet and for the most part we are happy with the result.
