The guy who did my carpet did FABULOUS!Zerorez should be proud to have a employee like this. He is very thorough and knows his job. He deserves praise for doing a good job and making things right with me the cutomer. He needs a pat on the back! Again, thank you for making things right. He deserves a raise!
Zerorez cleans much better than other carpet cleaning companies I have used. I do not feel pressured by the up selling tactics used by the other companies.
