I like the way the carpets were uplifted and got a lot of the deep down gunk. The tech said it would be dry in 4-5 hours but it did take overnight. I have a special pad that blocks wet from going all the way through and I think that is why- but the carpets looked great and will have you again. I do recommend in your ads- which is why I called that you inform of the fuel charge. I was taken back by that when I called to schedule- I try to figure out the amount so I know just what I am spending before I call.

I paid $240.00 extra for order control and my house still smells.
I like that there were no chemicals left in my carpet. You can tell that it was deep cleaning and not just on the surface.

My carpets have pet stains and the technicians always get them clean and they smell great when they are through. I like the fact that Zerorez uses empowered steam water to clean them. The tech that was here on Friday was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. As they all are, would not trust anyone else to clean my carpets. Thank you for everything!

Excellent job at removing hard stains, professional employees, friendly, goal is to please the customer as evidenced by our experience 2-3 weeks ago when the tech stayed late to make sure our carpets looked great before we placed the house on the market!
I have dogs so I get the carpets cleaned twice a year. This was my first time using zerorez and you can easily tell the difference. Much deeper clean. Spots did not resurface. The guy who did the service was very polite and timely.
