I answered this before. Your specialist did a WONDERFUL job, both times. However, the last cleaning was a disaster and the specialist will be able to explain it to you.
The tech did not address the issue I called about, or clean the area properly at all.
I have also had a poor experience with some of the young people answering the phone.
I do not usually complain, but the tech was paid extra to treat and remove odor, and it was as if it was never treated.

The product works. The sevice is pretty good. Not happy with the time frame window. I've never had them come on time.

We had tile cleaning done, and our expectations may have been too high. ALthough the tile was much more clean after zerorez came out, we still had some dirty grout lines, the corners near the walls weren't cleaned, and the tile & grout still seemed worn. We realize we moved into a home with tile in poor condition, but paying over $1000 for tile cleaning was a lot of money. We would have rather tried to save the money and rent a machine to clean ourselves.
Clean and great smell like clean
I have one request....I had a coupon to get the $50 restaurant gift card but haven't gotten any follow up on that. Will it just come in the mail?

Get the spots out that I needed out
Techs need to show up fully ready to work. They also need to check to make sure they get up all of the stains before they leave to prevent having to come back a second time.
It smelled great after the cleaning. Like no other cleaning we had prior. It just felt clean.
