the tect was nice and friendly. I did have and animal spot come back but I got it out the next day. Everything else was fine.
I didn't see any hope for my carpet but decided to let you all clean it so that I wouldn't be embarrassed to have company for a couple of years before I could get new carpet. The results were amazing. Spots that I never dreamed would come out did in fact come out. I did end up spending more than you advertised because I had once had a pet, and the technician treated four rooms at $60 per room. Then I had four rooms scotch guarded at $30 a room. My bill was $507 instead of $99. I will say, however, that my only regret is that I didn't call you sooner.
The steam cleaning system helped reduce the coughing and wheezing I was doing every time I walked up the stairs. The carpet looks clean and smells fresh. Would prefer hot steam cleaning instead of cold water that Kyle did. I was hoping to get rid of stains in child's bedroom but Kyle said stain caused from a bed frame. Would like to get the tile and another room done within the next month. Will recommend this company to a relative and friend.

Joe, our service tech, really listened to what we needed and assessed the problem spots all while keeping our costs down as much as possible. He did a wonderful job and was very friendly.
We were disappointed that your technician burnt our carpet when the iron he was using was placed on our carpet, We will reserve judgement on your service until we have resolved this issue.

This is the 2nd time I've completed this survey. ZeroRez really should stand for ZeroRezults because I was ripped off of $280 to steam an 8x10 carpet, really!!!

The service rep was knowledgeable and very good. Setting appt. was easy with follow up. Carpet looks tons better!
I liked that no chemicals are not used. However, it took two days to dry. The person who came did a great job and did a professional job.
I like that you offer a natural cleaning solution as opposed to a chemical based solution.
The original date fir cleaning was Mobday. The guy arrived worked 30 min the machine broke he said he would return with another if available in said if not would come the following day after I got off work. I was off Monday to have this completed. No call no return. My husband called Tuesday they send someone at 3:30 when told I dont get off until 4. So the guy left I called very unhappy no one helped so I said forget it. My husband called they agreed to schedule for Friday the work was done. The carpet looks good but the way it happen is unacceptable to me for the price we paid.
Quick drying and no chemicals.
I like the fact that your products seem to work! Our carpet had some pretty bad pet stains/odors and Miguel helped us with the best treatment options and recommendations. He was very professional and courteous and if we need cleaning again I would ask for Miguel!

I've already answered this BUT. Diffucult to schedule with you, didn't know until 24 hours prior when you would show up. Makes it difficult to plan for. And unexpected and unnecessary charges like $20 xtra for an oversized room. Seems petty. AlsoI only had 1 room to have done and understood the minimum charge but then when I asked for my wk in closet to be done while he was here I was charged extra for that too and I'd only had one other room done! What about $129 for 3 rooms of carpet?
The tech that came out the second time was so knowledgeable. I actually took notes! I love that you do not use detergent.
The man who came to my house was polite, but arrogant. I felt like he was frustrated with me because I didn't want to pay &315 when I had been quoted $126. He asked me how much I wanted to pay and I told him $126. He said that was impossible and that he would give me a break and take $20 off. I had company coming, so I had to get it done. I would have cancelled otherwise. He did an okay job. The upstairs appears to be good. The downstairs room appears that he quit half way through. One half is good and one half has stains. I was told that I had to pay $10 as a fuel charge because everything was run through the truck. Nothing was mentioned about using our water and I don 't know what he would have done if I didn't 't have water on the front yard. Overall I was upset and disappointed with the whole process.

Quality of work.
I have had property cleaned for $99 but was told it would be $145. my square footage is barely 600sf though there are 4 areas but not defined rooms. Then he priced $60/rm for pet treatment or an additional $240. When I declined they offered to clean with pet treatment for at 1 room price or a total of $200. I don't agree with your methods of pricing.
