Most of the carpet came out very clean. There is one stain that did not come out. The price was reasonable and the technician was friendly. I will probably use you again but the cleaning was par with any other carpet company. Nothing special.
simple, no soapy mess
The carpet is not any cleaner than it was before Zerorez arrived. It is nicely raked with little lines running in the same direction, but I don't think any cleaning was done. All of the same dirt, same spots are still there. I took my little Bissel cleaner and went over a few spots and it sucked up a good bit of dirt and removed the spots. I could have done a lot better myself. We only used Zerorez because our Realtor recommended you. We are sorry that we listened to her. She probably gets some kind of kickback. Anyway, it reminded me of the time about 15 years ago when we hire ChemDry to clean some carpet. Their employee put a paper pad on a floor buffer and sprinkled some scented powder on the floor. I asked him where the dirt went and he told me that the chemicals made it "disappear." When he finished, the carpet was all swirled up and looked neat and the house smelled better for a day or so; but the carpet was still filthy. Same deal here, just a scam; fluff up the carpet collect some money and leave. We were also disappointed that you don't move furniture. But I guess it doesn't matter since nothing was cleaned anyway.
-Ability to speak to a live customer service person quickly every time I called to ask a question or schedule my appointment. No "on-hold" time.

Your house just smells so good after Zerorez cleans like fresh out of the washer.
Luke was knowledgeable and polite. Our den is the only carpet in the home. After several remodeling projects, the carpet needed real attention. It came out better than expected.
My dog was very sick and totally ruined my carpets. After Zerorez, my carpets looked and smelled great! Mike, the man who cleaned my carpets, was very good and I will request him again.
This time one of three rooms you cleaned doesn't even look like it was touched. It needs to be cleaned again. It looked great the first time you were out and cleaned it and it was dirtier then than this time. I'm very disappointed that I spent $312.00 for the service I received this time.
Dries quickly and doesn't saturate the carpet. Also, doesn't dirty as fast.
Gets spots out
It seemed to be an easy process and everything seems to look nice. Everything had dried pretty quickly. My technician was very friendly and was very cooperative when I asked him to rehit certain spots that were a little tougher to remove. I was wondering what you all recommend for removing spots as they arise. I mentioned that I used rubbing alcohol at times and the technician said that could bleach the carpet but was unable to offer any spot advice. Obviously, I cannot have my carpets cleaned every time I get a spot. Do you have any recommendations?
clean floors
I like what a great job Tommy did explaining the process and why you guys do it that way. I used to work for my Dad and at one point ran the service department for his Electrical Company so I know what good customer service is all about and Tommy delivered.
Very personable associate came to the house. He offered other services, but I didn't feel uncomfortable pressure - even when he came back with a reduced offer.
I did not receive my $50 dining card, and didn't realize it till today. Can that be sent or brought by?

I used your service last year with great results. This year, the results were disappointing. I feel I need to call another company for another cleaning.
Justin was very thorough. I had some questions about what the first Tech (Roy) told me--didn't do stairs--stains may come back because they are animal urine stains. Justin followed up. Justin got the stains out. They seem to be not re-appearing. Justin worked on the stairs for me. Another company came and really destroyed my carpeting on the stairs. I still see the damage, but, it is much better than it was.

lots of information
When I scheduled the appt, I told them I wanted it stretched and cleaned on the same day. The tech that came first did not have any knowledge of stretching so that was not done. On the invoice I notice that he said the fuel charged was waived for 1st time customer but I was charged for it. The next day they were to send someone out first thing to do the stretching so I wouldn't have to miss more work but they were unable to arrive until 12:00 noon. Ron Self and Luis Rodriguez were very professional and did a great job. They re-cleaned the carpets and I noticed all the steam coming up from the carpet cleaning tool which there was no steam on the first cleaning job. I appreciated the office's attempt to make it right and give me a 25% discount but I ended up missing another whole day at work. I don't believe the technician on the first day was trained that well, although he was very nice. thank you considering my comments.
