How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

After carpet was cleaned I found 2 different places that after they dried still look like they are dirty, and it makes the carpet look like it was never cleaned. This may be the last time I will use Zerorez to clean my carpets. You have allways did a great job before, but not this time. This was a let down on carpet cleaning!

Kyle was fabulous ..well they both were!! My guests arrived at my house and asked me if my carpet was recently replaced. AWESOME JOB!! AND NO CHEMICAL SMELL!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your company falsely advertised goods (tickets to Hawaiian Falls that would be given to customers using your services) that after almost 6 weeks have still not been sent to me. I have called twice about it and have been told that tickets are not available, and that I'm not the only customer that has yet to receive said tickets. If your company can't deliver items offered and promised on the invoice, do not continue to advertise the same promotion on the media such as KRLD.

I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau and posting on Facebook.

I liked that all the dirt was lifted right out of our carpet in our office space. I like that the water is very hot, and the carpets are now soft to walk on.

They explained what they were going to do, and what they were able to complete.
Kyle also explained there are other services available
besides the carpet cleaning I had contracted for.
I did not know about the other services until that time.

What could we do to improve?

Clean corners behind chairs or tables. Put furniture on foam after cleaning. Don't think carpet was cleaned underneath chairs. I was very impressed with the courtesy of gentlemen that came out to clean. He explained the cost and recommended a product to help sustain the life of our carpet which is very old. I appreciated their attention to service.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We were very happy that the technician called us before coming out and also that he was there before the scheduled arrival time. However, there was a stain on the carpet that actually looks worse than it was (I suspect it was brought up closer to the surface from the cleaning.) Also, one of the bedrooms was cleaned because one of the dogs had an accident. If I get down and smell the carpet I can STILL smell pee. Also, I was never informed of a gas fee or service charge so that was an extra $20 on the bill PLUS the extra fee to put the Stainguard back on the couch, which I also wasn't informed of before the appointment.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The cleaner upsold us on a cleaner ($300) that made the carpet worse... That money should have been spent on a new carpet. Then only took 20 minutes to perform the work in three rooms of the house. After complaining, we had another gentleman come out to the house to see if there were anything that could be done. He said that the first guy should have never done what he did. He also said that he would see what he could do for us as far as getting some money back. We haven't heard anything from him or anyone at zerorez.

The first time I used you was great; this time the serviceman was nice, but I still see dirty areas on my carpet. Not satisfied and will try someone else next time.

The service provided by David the tech was outstanding. I still have a significant issue with the carpet in the sunroom. Once it started drying out the spots returned even worse than before.
