The carpets are very clean with no odor of chemicals or strong deodorizers. They stay clean for a long time. They dry quickly. The technician, Miguel, was very friendly and professional. The technology is much better than other ways of cleaning. The price is reasonable, so I like to have my carpets cleaned often.
The product of alkaline water, no residue, and quick drying time. I was very grateful for the clear communications from email, calls before arriving, and caring attitude. I appreciated the willingness to evaluate and customize our situation. Daniel the team leader was most professional, outgoing, and thoughtful. I would give Daniel a score value of 10.

I like how friendly everyone is and how quickly Max cleaned the carpet and it was very well done. I also like how the carpets are cleaned without all the chemicals and the spots are gone. They stay cleaner longer too.

The first guy who came out didn't clean our carpets well at all but the second one did an excellent job. My carpet looks rejuvenated again. The first guy should be let go. Didn't really try and that is a lot of money to not do much.

The guy was in and out in less than an hour. When I asked about spots he told me my carpet was old (4 years and Zerorez every year had kept my carpet like new) so the lazy guy would never be welcome back in my housel

Service was good. On time, technician was pleasant. As far as results of carpet cleaning, I think it will take a few days to see how it looks, and see if the pet odor is gone. So far things look good.

The carpets never smell during and after the technician is gone. And the carpets actually feel better than before they were cleaned. I've used other popular carpet cleaning services and my carpets were always crunchy and never felt clean after they left. Not the way with Zerorez. Also I've used the service twice and both times the technicians were friendly and very knowledgable about the products they were putting on my carpets and with what they were doing.
Polite,courteous and every stain removed before technician left.I have not used any other cleaning service on my carpets since it was installed except Zerorez .My carpet is white and they still look brand new ,even after 4 years

I was amazed at how well it did on my rugs.
I was very happy with the physical work, technician, and the carpet itself. I called for the appointment and a quote and was given to me for 4 rooms. She said there was a special for $29 a room for 4 rooms, plus $10 gas and tax. She quoted a total of $126+tax. It was actually over $200 until my complaint to the tech. He then found a way to get it down to $180 something, which was still over $50 more than my quote. That was ridiculous and I will not recommend anyone else I know to be misled like that. If I was told the truth in the first place, I would have probably paid it, but just as a man is only as good as his word, so is a business in my opinion.
