The carpets were very clean after the service. Manuel showed up on time and was very friendly.
There was a mix up on appt times, and I was not informed of the $10.00 fuel charge. That wasn't mentioned when the appt was made. On the other hand, the tech Tracy was polite and courteous and on time.
I feel completely ripped off. I had 2 rooms cleaned for $90 and then was charged another $181.50 to have a rug cleaned. The rug is round and I was charged for a square rug, thus I paid to have corners cleaned that do not exist. The two rooms that were cleaned do not look clean at all in the high traffic areas and the urine smell on the rug that was cleaned is overwhelming. The cleaning made the smell come out and I may have to get rid of the rug after spending $181.50 to have it cleaned. I understand being a paperless company, but do not agree with not being presented with an itemized invoice at the time of service. I was not informed of the $10 fuel charge when I made the appointment. The great deals that are advertised seem to be for advertising only. I ended up paying much more that I would have ever anticipated for what has ended up to be a very poor job.

Even though the cost was much more than I expected based on the add on services and the ad on the radio, Randy did an excellent job.
He did not do a good job cleaning and removing stains. We expected for him to take his time and do a quality job...He seemed rushed to finish and go home. Not satisfied with the work. Feel like I wasted me money.

Uses products not harmful to our pets. Zero Rez came out in less than one hr when I called about a quick emergency. My dog had gotten extremely ill involving his bowels and they all the rooms cleaned up for me.

The technician, Dean, recommended an UPSELL to cover a $60 per room x 2 rooms ($120) charge for removing pet stains. These stains, as well as several other non-pet stained, but dirty , areas looked okay as Dean finished his work and these areas were still wet. 24 hours later, after the carpet dried, most of these stain / dirty areas.....pet related or not...RETURNED! Whether these stains / dirty areas will ever come completely clean may be a moot point....but at least I wouldn't be out an extra $120 !! I can't tell you how grossly disappointed I am with the results!!!!!!!!! The entire treated area of my carpets just looks like someone came in, wet the carpets with water, and left. The cleaning solution is Green & not the usual chemicals that leave a residue. The technicians are friendly & courteous. Plus service & results are guaranteed.
I was expecting a little more relief from pet odor that they were not able to get out of carpet.

Tracey (sp.) did an incredible job removing almost all of our carpet stains. Moreover, he was extremely courteous and professional. I have and will continue to highly recommend Zerorez to my neighbors and friends.

Carpets weren't fully clean. There were dirt spots that I was able to get with own personal cleaner.
I love that my carpets are clean and smell clean. They don't smell like fragrances, just clean. Jaime was very friendly and did a wonderful job!
