I felt the tech that came to clean this time was extremely quick. He was in & out in 30 min or less. He was very nice & personable but didn't pre-treat & just didn't seem to take the time that my last tech took to get my carpet cleaned.

after agreeing upon a 8.30 start time i did not get a call to let me know they were coming i called at 8.30 to be told they were in a meeting and would be there before 11:00 the guys did show up at 10.45 ( very nice and courteous) up sold me the dog urin treatment now home smells worse than ever. I am now getting the carpet replaced I just have not had the time to call MR HOPKINS, but will do so tomorrow I told a friend of mine to use you befor and I was good thats why i called have already got you 2 more appointments befor today i feel like i wasted $185.00

Friendly efficient technician
We've had problems twice now with the carpet being sprayed with too much cleaner causing it to be matted together and almost sticky feeling. The excess cleaner also leaves the carpet wet too long causing extra soil from shoes and feet.

It's only been a day but I hope I won't see any dirt showing up in the pack and track areas like I have had with other carpet cleaning services.
I was actually quite pleased with my carpet cleaning. The carpets were soft to walk on and clean, although they took a long time to dry (more than expected). My issue was that I sent out 2 wool rugs to be cleaned and it took 3 MONTHS and 6 PHONE CALLS to get them returned! I understand that a previous employee left and made it difficult to locate my rugs, but who was searching out the owners of such rugs? Why did I receive no return calls (until the 5th one)? Why was the burden on ME to get you to respond? I had begun to question if you still had the rugs in your possession or if they had been stolen from you/by an employee.
What can you do to make things right? I was content with your carpet cleaning, and would accept a free carpet cleaning as compensation.

We paid for a pet stain cleaning - the rug still smells like urine - so I don't think it worked. I would not recommend to a friend to have the treatment done, since my rug still smells and I think that they will have the same result that I did.
Y'all did not clean the carpet, blamed us for it, had a carpet expert say it was y'all's fault and would not give us a full refund. The management staff was very rude, never returned phone calls. Very poor customer service. Very disappointed in the management staff.
I had a $51.00 credit from a co worker using your services and it was not able to be used on the total price of the service.
I am very pleased with the results and the tech was absolutely the best!

The carpet was cleaned to our satisfaction and the individual that performed the cleaning was nice and very accommodating. However, the price was out of sight and 3 times what the estimate was. I will never use Zerorez again.
