Quick drying and make my carpets look new
Most of the house looks okay, but our original quote was for $ 155.00. We knew it would add to the cost to do the pet portion of the work, but the total was $ 340.00. This would have been okay, but our family room looks horrible. Spots still there and the entire carpet in the family room looks like our carpet is gray and not tan - not happy with that room at all - come do our family room again....

I love your in-home carpet cleaning service and will use this service again. However, my off-site rug cleaning experience with you has been a complete fiasco. One of my two expensive rugs was damaged during your cleaning process, although you didn't inform me of that when you called to schedule delivery of the rugs back to me. The problem, however, was really the lack of communication you provided me. The day of delivery, you called to say one had been sent back for reclining of a spot. The delivery was rescheduled for 2 weeks later. On that delivery day you called to say still only one rug was ready. Delivery was rescheduled for a Saturday. On that Saturday, I waited for 3 hours, no one showed up or called, and my rugs were never delivered. I found out the following Monday that your truck had broken down. Delivery was rescheduled. The morning of delivery you called yet again to say only one rug was ready. This was when I first learned of the damage that you were repairing (the backing had come off during your cleaning process). I asked on several calls to speak with a manager (I was told her name was Leah). I never heard from her - and still haven't. Finally you delivered my rugs last week. They are clean and in good condition, but I spent almost $2000.00 with you to have these rugs cleaned, and I probably lost more than during the many hours I spent waiting for deliveries and calls that never came. I will not use your off-site rug cleaning service again solely due to the poor customer service I received.

Carpets look really good after cleaning. You are the only one I trust to make our white ceramic tile floors look really white! Very nice sales person. Reasonable pricing.
Professional and cleaned carpets very well
My kids skin and airborne allergies started clearing up immediately, the carpet looks fantastic i should have done this when i first moved in. This will be added into my yearly budget. Thank you so much for the proffesional service and care you treated my family and home

Have materials to give to customers that explain the different types of cleaning and which ones have "non guaranteed" attached to them. I did not find out until I received my e-mail receipt that the extra money I paid for "FLASH" pet treatments was a "non guaranteed" treatment. The sample section done in front of me turned out great, so I proceeded with having it done for my client in other areas. However, those areas did not turn out nearly as nice. Disappointed. Technician came back out and agreed that it may not come out at all, so I asked for a refund of FLASH treatments. I was given a partial refund of some of the treatments. Have not received refund as yet.

The carpet cleaning was great. The service representative was personable and professional - explaining what could/could not be accomplished. My expectations were exceeded with regard to the carpet.

Technicians and quality of work
The technician was very professional asking to see the areas I wanted treated and explained everything he did before going anything and took the time to answer all my questions. Woke up today to very fresh smelling and soft feeling carpet that of course was very clean as well. Thanks again for the product I was promised durning the sale call.
I am disappointed with the results. It looks as if a couple of passes were made in the center of the room and the carpet was still quite wet the next morning, whereas in other areas, the carpet was bone dry right after completion. There was one club chair the should have been moved, but wasn't. All said, it was too expensive for the results. The fuel surcharge is arbitrary. Especially in light of your van breaking down,
.you can come clean it again if you want. Send a better technician. Got the distinct impression that since I was the last call of the day, your dudes just wanted to be done.
