I like the fact that the carpets are not wet after cleaning and you don't have to leave fans on or windows open to allow them time to dry. Also, there were no cleaning product odors in the house.
Our tech Paul did the best job we've ever had done. And he was not here very long for our 3 rooms.
Products are extremely effective! Service is impeccable. Our serviceman was extremely polite, professional and efficient. Our carpets had been cleaned a week before by another company that was hired by the leasing management company. The carpets didn't look or smell fresh after their "cleaning." Of course, I called Zerorez, as I have used them in the past. The management company wouldn't pay for this cleaning as they had already paid for the earlier "cleaning" by the other company. It was worth it to me to pay Zerorez out of my own pocket because I knew I could trust them to get the job done right. My house now smells fresh and clean because it IS fresh and clean! Thanks, Zerorez!!
The representative explained the cleaning process and he was very thorough. I am very pleased with the results and my carpets look great.

First, the courtesy and helpfulness of the scheduler. Her good attitude and smile was relayed to me over the phone. Secondly, Michael was great! His knowledge and work was so very welcome. Two very good people and we thank you.
I did not receive a call prior to my appointment or a confirmation email. I had to call Zero Rez several times and when I finally got a hold of Zero Rez they were not helpful each time. They gave me the run around, and would not give me a time or even time frame. After several calls, I finally got a window between 4-6. When My technician showed up, it was well over the time window they gave me at almost 7:30 pm
The technicians who clean the carpets are excellent.

Carpets not real clean, and smell coming back. When we clean them ourselves we get them cleaner.
The time of the appointment was to late. We were charged $300 to clean our carpet, because of the stains. This is way too expensive. We have used you in the past , but won't be using you in the future.

I am a return user of your service. The first time I was WOWed. The end product was fascinating and the professional left me well informed and with a pleasant feeling that these people are professional and really know what they are doing.
This time..... The operator showed up with equipment that could not complete the job I requested. Part of my request was furniture and this operator informed me he was not equipped for such a task as his tools were in need of repair. He then cleaned 5 rooms, and some stairs. I have pet stains that he informed me he could not remove. That is understandable I suppose.
I had a coupon that allowed buy two get one room free. I had 5 rooms.
After the bill was paid I looked at the e mail I was sent with the receipt. The receipt does not reflect the one room off so I called to ask.
I was given fluff as to the difference in "clean" a room and "treat" a room.
I was told he treated the rooms he did not clean the rooms? I was not charged for cleaning. I was charged for treatment. "That is cheaper so you actually paid less" I was told.....
Be that as it may or may not be. Your terminology is not consistent to your paperwork thus your customer does not automatically understand your lingo.
So with stains that were not removed and a mix of explanation for paperwork that is not understood.
I am left with the feeling that a Gypsy has just cleaned my carpets!
