Had difficulty getting someone on phone or call was disconnected. Promised $50 dinner coupon/voucher, but wasn't told how I was to receive it.

The tech, Edward, was on time, was polite and professional, and the floors look great! Edward took the time to explain what he would be doing and was completely forthright with how effective the cleaning might be on certain areas of the floor that were scratched or stained, and he provided recommendations for future floor care. He also showed me an area he had cleaned for comparison purposes with the rest of the floor, and there was a huge difference in the "cleaned spot" versus the rest of the floor. I could really see the extent of the dirt/grime that existed before he cleaned and the difference once he cleaned. He did a great job, although we do have a couple of spots that were not there originally, so not sure if that can be redone. Overall, we are very pleased and would recommend Zerorez and Edward highly.

Dirt Stains on carpet were not able to be cleaned. It was black dirt/filth due to furniture not moved for 7 years.
My cleaning lady came and was able to clean them by 75% using carpet cleaner. They still show but are not obvious.
The carpet man was very polite and meticulous. I think that the system is not suited to stain removal.

The quoting done over the phone was much different than what the tech confirmed once at the home. I would improve on accuracy via the website and customer service of quoting and explanation of services. The main issue is what you get for the cost.
1. Flash service is needed WITH cleaning. That isn't clear.
2. 100 sq feet of FREE tile cleaning. But can only include ONE area.
3. 4x8 rug will cost XXX to clean.

All of these were walked through over the phone, but the actual cost once the tech got here was much different than when quoted over the phone.
