The tech, Edwin Garza, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He worked diligently, efficiently and effectively and got carpets cleaned quickly. Very personable young man! I will definitely call on Zerorez again in the future.

Your service is quick. No residue left behind. Your technicians are very polite and through . However he was supposed to clean 100 sq feet of my tile and did not offer that. Also I am supposed to receive two free Ranger tickets for booking in July and he knew nothing about that. Promotions are great until they don't follow thru .

Efficient, effective and affordable
The technician was right on time. He was careful to explain the drying time and to be careful walking from damp carpet on to tile floor. He took time to remove spots and I did not feel like he rushed through the job to get to another one. Very friendly and knew what he was doing. The process left my carpet soft and clean.
Rep was excellent and work was great! Would like his name so I can pass it onto a friend who wants to use your company for her carpet cleaning! Also, would like to request this person for my next cleaning. Thx for the great job!

The quick availability of service and the courtesy, professionalism of the technician was outstanding.
I was advised that the technicians would move anything up to 50 pounds. But this did not happen. they actually made me slide a bed over myself when I ask them to please clean the whole room. They just stood there and let me push the bed over by myself. It would have Ben nice if they would have offered me a little assistance, after all I am a women.

The guy that came out to do our floors did not want to work! He tried to tell me that I would not get the free 100 sq ft tile cleaning and he scratched our laminate floors by moving one of our tables. He ended up doing the free tile clean and after he was done with the free tile clean out tile still looked dirty. His attitude throughout the service was poor. This experience was not like our prior experience with Zerorez. Not sure that we will be back.

The team that re-cleaned the carpets in two of the rooms did a much better job than the first attempt. I am very happy with the way those carpets now look. However, the smell still remains in one of the rooms. There is still one room that I couldn't grant access to that I have an appointment for on 7/30. I was also told that another attempt will be made to get the smell out. I am cautiously optimistic about the outcome.
I still don't like the appointment process. You date is not confirmed till 2 days before the appointment and you're not given a time frame till the day before. This makes it very difficult schedule the time for me to be available.
