Torrence was an excellent service tech. He cared about the work he put forth and confirmed the cleaning met my expectations (he actually exceeded them) very lovely service and really separates your conpsmy from the franchise yellow van competition. Great job!

No strong unpleasant smell, clean feeling after drying.
The carpet's not soaked. The spots are gone. The personnel are so nice, from the folks on the phones who set up times and confirmed the time when the the technician would be here, as well as the very nice technician. He was in and out in good time and I'll recommend you to my daughter!!

ROBERT WAS WELL PREPARED. HE EVALUATED THE JOB AND GAVE ME HIS REPORT ON WHAT HE THOUGHT WOULD BE GOOD FOR MY JOB, TO GET THE BEST RESULTS. HE GAVE ME THE INFORMATION, BUT WAS BUT PUSHY, TO TRY AND GET ME TO AGREE THAT I NEEDED THEM THE CARPET CLEANED UP MUCH BETTER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD.. VERY GOOD JOB.

The service staff is friendly, professional and helpful. They are courteous when they come to the door. The Technicians explain the process and offer helpful information. Our technician was very thorough; taking care to place the corner protectors on walls and furniture. He showed my just how much hair was cleaned out of our carpets.
