The whole experience was wonderful, from making the appointment to Paul whom cleaned our carpet and rug. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. We are extremely pleased with the cleaning and will use Zerorez again.

The fact that a chemical residue isn't left behind when you clean.

While the total cost quickly escalated as I talked to the technician about my home over what I was quoted over the phone, I felt the technician worked with me. He was efficient and very effective. As a matter of fact, I keep walking around my kitchen looking at the floor because I had forgotten how it could look with clean grout!

I had everything out of living room except one couch. My wife asked if they could slide the couch over to clean underneath. They said they would but it only appeared they raised couch and put blue foam underneath to make it look like they moved couch. When I got home floor was not dry except for the spot completely underneath where couch had been. Outside of that everything was fine. But so to that, I'm not 100% sure I would choose Zerorez over anyone else. I do not believe they cleaned the entire floor.

Better than Stanley Steemer. Technicians take more time. Please note, however, that while the technician sent on last service was good, I had to point out stains that were left and let him know I was surprised they didn't come out. He just shrugged. Because the carpet was still wet, i got a dry white rag and rubbed at the stains and they came up. He saw me do it but made no effort to bend down and try to do the same on other areas where stains didn't come out. As is always the case, once the carpet dries, it is apparent that some spots didn't come out. Technician said ALL of the spots I pointed out to him were due to high traffic and while that's true for the most part, I think a couple of dirty spots that remain were due to spills and would have come up if he'd tried a little harder. He was EXTREMELY NICE and took his time to clean carefully but just a little more effort would probably left me happier. He's a good man - a keeper for your company for sure. I'm hoping that my input will result some constructive advice to him, not come across as angry or result in any disciplinary action on the part of the company. feel free to phone me if this isn't clear or if you'd like more information.

Joseph cleaned our ducts and he is the BEST! I've already recommended him to two friends.

There were some spots that I needed someone to come in again the next day to get them out completely. They were very accommodating, but the fact remains I had to stay home from work another day and live without furniture for another day. I would recommend making extra effort to go over spot areas thoroughly, mine looked okay at the time when wet but popped right up again after drying the first time. Going over them again got rid of them much better.

I had a team with one tech in training and the other the "trainer". The trainer sat and listened to music on his phone while the trainee did the work. they completely stowed the equipment before asking me to walk the job, and I found that the few piecies of small furnature I had left in place were not moved, and the carpets were not completely cleaned. I didn't have time to wait for them to set up again, so I just am going to live with it.

I've had my carpets cleaned by you guys before and you did a great job. This time it just did not look like anything was done. It really did not smell better. I also had my grout cleaned and it looks no better. Just left my floors super wet with a film on my floors. You should require your guys to but down plastic or something on the floors that have to have the hose on. I had to clean my wood floors because water and dirt was left on them. Technician was nice, but really not satisfied. Please don't send the Rangers tickets. I don't need them. I'm really surprised Starling Stringer recommends you on her radio show.

The carpet looks great but the tile floor in the house is sticky. Can you come and reclean the tile?
