The technician only did two rooms instead of three. He did not do 100 square feet of tile as I purchased. He was only at my house for thirty minutes and did not do a good job.

I was in need of some pretty deep cleaning due to various pet stains. Seth was great and made me feel very comfortable with the process and did a great job with the deep cleaning. I wound up spending more than I initially expected but was very happy with then result. I look forward to using Zerorez more often.

I called with an emergency. A painter was trying to get some paint spots out of my carpet and he used paint thinner. I have asthma and currently have pneumonia. The fumes caused me to have a severe asthma attack. I called zeroes a there was a technician at my house in less than an hour. He was super professional and did a great job of getting rid of the smell. Thank you so much.
