tell the truth about prices. be clear on how much the final cost would be. if you offer something for free, it would be good to know in advance, I mean before you come, what is the rate for the exceeding footage.

The technician was great. He got out the spots in the carpet and it looks like new.
The process you use is the best we have seen. Carpets completely dry in a few hours and absolutely no odor. Carpets feel clean as you walk on them. And . . .the young man, Dave Thomas, who performed the cleaning went far and beyond to be sure he gave me the very best service. He was friendly, professional and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving our house.
