Fred was fast and pretty good.

The carpet was cleaned very thoroughly. Darnell was the best, he did the pre-clean which was the first time I ever seen anyone do that so it's obvious that Darnell does his job the right way.

The guy who was supposed to come and do the estimate was unable to make it, but he called, was very apologetic and was able to guarantee a few things for me. One, that 4 things would be done - clean carpets, clean waiting room chairs, clean bathroom floors and put a protector on the carpet. Two, that they would show up at 11:00, no later than 11:30. He was very nice and I enjoyed talking to him. When I got the reminder call, they said they would be there between 12 and 2. I explained I had been promised 11:00. She looked further into the notes and saw this was true and that I was promised 11:00. The day of the cleaning, I called at 11:30 because no one was there. I was told by a very unfriendly person (Brianna) that I couldn't have been told 11:00 because the appointments are in a window. I explained the situation and she continued to be unfriendly and just kept saying he would be there between 12 and 2. I told her I wanted to speak with a supervisor and she said she would have one call me on Monday. I still haven't gotten a call from a supervisor. I was told I would get a 30 minute warning before he arrived. I got a call around 1:45 that he was running even later, which was nice to have that head's up. Ten minutes after 2:00, I got a call that he would be there in 10 minutes. So much for the 30 minute notice - but he did wait patiently for me. When I met him, he didn't have that he was supposed to do anything other than clean carpets and tile. He had to leave for several minutes to get "permission" to do the extra two items. He came back in and said he would do all 4 items. He, by the way, was not friendly AT ALL! Someone else locked up the office for me when he was done and when I came to the office on Monday, I didn't feel that the carpets were as clean as they should be. I have used you guys several times and the carpets have always been super clean - no spots at all. Many of the spots did come up, but there are still several spots that did not and none of them are coffee or marker, or anything like that. One more thing that might be nothing, but in the past, the seams have also come up a little bit temporarily, but this time they didn't. The only reason I bring that up is that it appears odd to me that if he actually did a good job cleaning, why didn't the seams come up as they always do??? I am just super disappointed with the entire experience and have been such a fan of Zerorez up until this time.

The stains did not come our of the carpet...we have it re cleaned at the end of the week.

The technician that came out to clean our carpet was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He knows his craft very well. He took time to explain the cleaning options and to listen to what I wanted. No pressure. Count me in as a satisfied customer. P. S. As long as this technician works for the company, he will always be my technician of choice.

The individual that came out to the house was superb. He was very considerate and wanted to do a good job. The only complaint I have and it is not the techs fault but the walk in closest was forgotten but I was charged $25.00 for it. I would like to get a refund for that portion of it.

It"feels" cleaner when it dries. Does not leave an odor.

I appreciate that there is no sticky residue left on the carpet. Stains that I thought were hopeless disappeared. The drying time was greatly reduced because the carpet was not saturated with water. Our tired carpet looks revitalized and like new again. The technician worked efficiently without rushing through the job. He was attentive to challenging areas. Thank you, Zerorez.

It was quick and well done. I am upset that I never received the gift certificate to the restaurant. Otherwise I would give a 10.

The service was excellent. The technician, Jeff, was very friendly and informative. The only complaint I have is that when the grout was cleaned in a bathroom, about 1 1/2 to 2 inches under the toe space and around the perimeter were still dirty and discolored. We had to clean these areas this morning by hand.
