Great technician!!! Carpet looks great. Disappointed about free ranger tickets-email should have listed minimum amount to receive tickets. I also feel like specials have alot of fine print. My job never seemed to qualify for discounts/perks offered. Kyle however was terrific.

The technician, Darwin Harrison, was very thorough and he explained everything that he did with clear details. Darwin got rust out of our carpet along with grease stains and everyday dirt.

The guys were very polite and cleaned up any leaks from the hoses. The one, and only room, that I did not watch them clean still has a stain. I wish they would have mentioned it before they left.

we spent around 1500.00 on our carpets. later that night i saw a big spot and used my cleaner to work on it. The water in my return was nasty. I realize we had to sign a disclaimer, and that we did not do the whole 8000.00 full package deal, but I was angry at the amount of dirt pulled up even after he did all three steps on this area by the back door. Spending that much money and not getting any type of guarantee is stupid. That is how I feel...STUPID!

My family and I have used Zerorez in the past and have had great results. This time I was very disappointed with the residue that was left on my tile floors once they dried completely. I was also VERY disappointed with the smell of the area of carpet that was cleaned once it dried. The room smelled like a dirty tennis shoe.. An odor that was not present at any time prior to the "cleaning".

I have had to re-clean my tile.. in order to get the grime and residue off of it.

I refund of some kind for the $400+ spent to complete this service would be appropriate. I will not accept coupons toward future Zerorez services, or a redo of the floors, as I am no longer interested in using Zerorez or recommending them to friends or family.

On a positive note, the technician was pleasant and polite. The issues that I have with my floors appeared after the flooring dried, and were not apparent when the technician was in my home.

Actually get the stain out of my carpet. I have heard so much about how different your technology is and would have liked to hear from the technician how. I do like the softness of the feel of the carpet once it finally dried.
