Great customer service
Our carpets were cleaned by Zerorez in March. The carpets looked and smelled cleaner and fresher. This past visit was just OK. The carpets were cleaner but I still found a slight odor. I also paid for the pet treatment, which I did not the last time.
The Technician was great. I will use Zerorez again. But, this time I am not as impressed.
IT was everything you have heard. Great service. The floor is not wet. and you can put your furniture back out after 4 to 6 hours.... Great Job~

I LOVED that the carpet cleaning didn't smell like a bad cleaning product, yet the carpet was SO CLEAN! They also came back after forgetting to honor a free tile cleaning with the purchase of my carpet cleaning and were in an out super fast!
