I had 3 bedrooms cleaned. One of the bedrooms was in pretty bad shape. The technician did his best and it looks a lot better, however the "dog pee smell' and a few stains are coming back. I ended up paying $578.00 for 3 bedrooms which is a lot of money for me, but my other 2 rooms look great and I know he did his best on the dog pee room.
Very thorough. Trained technicians. Product is about the best for stain removal and delay in coming back.Last technician Joe, was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and conversant.
The edges of the tile next to the base boards that were not cleaned makes the floor dirty and incomplete.
The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and worked hard even late on a Friday evening!
The one thing I was disappointed in was the cleaning of the tile on my kitchen floor. The majority looks great, but the tech and I discussed several areas after completion and he determined there were set in stains in a heavy traffic area that could not be removed.
After the tile had dried, however, I found areas where half the grout had been cleaned and the other half was not. I think repeat think this could be the result of the tool itself not being able to reach some areas or possibly missed. I understand it's hard to tell when the tile is wet, but wish the end result of the kitchen tile cleaning could have been a bit better overall.

No chemicals
It was pretty expensive to get what amounts to 2 real rooms. That was what the technician said, but still I was charged for 3, and $60 per room to spray treatment is very unreasonable. I was in a bind or would have declined. The technicians were pleasant enough, but I've never, and will never pay that for cleaning 2 rooms.
I use Zerorez because I don't want chemical cleaners in my home. I am shocked at how clean my carpet and tile can be after you leave. I am a customer for life!
Shows up when scheduled, courtesy call 30 minutes prior. The gentleman got right to work and answered my questions.

I was pleased with your 30 day guarantee. The first person to clean my carpet did not do a good job on the master bedroom. It looked worse. I called Zerorez and another technician (Jalen) came and did an excellent job. My carpets look and feel wonderful! He also protected the corners of my woodwork, and he wore white booties over his shoes to protect my floors unlike the first tech. I had used Dalworth for years, now I am sold on your company. I did not like the price of $40 extra per room as a surprise that the first tech insisted that I pay. I would like to have known that up front. There are just two of us who live here. My grand children are grown so we have very few overnight guests. I will use you again. I feel that you do address the needs of the customer.
The Technician (RJ) knew all about carpets and did a fantastic job cleaning. Your system of cleaning is far more superior then the competition plus your truck's are fully contained with water, hoses, and vacuum lines; quick set-up time. Carpets look great!

I called your company after viewing the Good Morning Texas Show. The representative did a carpet cleaning demo & 'he was offering a carpet cleaning special for $'99.00. I was skeptical at first but I made the call to inquire. I'm so glad I called. First of all, your company staff was very friendly & professional from the time I made my first call through the entire process of having my carpet cleaned. The Customer service rep, the follow-up call to confirm my appointment & ask if I had questions, the reminder call from your staff to let me know the technician was enroute to clean carpet, and the technician everyone was professional and Nice. Our technician Charles W. is an AWESOME Guy who did an OUTSTANDING JOB cleaning our CARPET! He stayed on task, answered my questions, gave me additional quotes on other areas I needed cleaned & he seemed honest and informative with additional quotes. Everything about this company was impressive & top notch. I will use your company again. We are satisfied with the outcome and the price was a super deal.
