The 2 technicians were great, very professional and great communication. The customer service girl who took my call on Saturday 8-12 at 5:39pm was terrible!!!! She didn't listen to me, didn't answer my question and continued to repeat herself over and over even though her "answer" had NOTHING to do with my question! I felt like I was talking to a computer that only had one response to say. I also didn't like having multiple calls on Saturday the day after I booked the appointment to confirm the appointment for Monday. Plus I received an email stating my appointment was confirmed, all of this is overkill.
Your pricing seems to be high compared to your competitors, especially the pet treatment at $60.00 a room! I saw your promotion of 3 rooms for $99.00 and my invoice was over $320.00. I feel like I was nickeled & dimed! This cleaning was for one of our rent homes; my wife and I manage about 50 properties and as of now we are not interested in using ZeroRez for our business or personal use.
Valentino came out to show me how to release DFS main filter. I think the instructions in owner's manual for 20600-3 are wrong. They say to release "move both gray handles 90 degrees toward front of air purifier." Valentino very helpful. Took time to explain all about maintenance of filters. Name removed

The man who called me was rude and wouldn't let me ask questions like how am I suppose to pay and he eventually just hung up on me.
You don't leave a lot of water on the furniture or the carpet. Stains come up. And technicians knowledgeable and polite.
