What is sold on the radio and over the phone is not even close to what we got.
The cleaning makes a mess around the entire house and the person performing it takes no measures to avoid. We had dirtallover our bed.
The email that we got "in preparation" for this, was for carpet cleaning, not duct cleaning.
No such thing as before and after with a camera. The guy didnot have a camera in hus truck and had never heard about it.
He also left some vents without screws so they fell off.
Just a really vad experience that vost us 573 dollars.
Will not recommend and will advice against it.
Dont advertise what you cannot deliver upon.

The first technician did a terrible job. He simply said- oh those are stains and just won't come up."
I called the office. The "supervisor" or another technician came out. The carpet certainly looks better. He also explained why certain stains may be more definitely more difficult to remove. He was very informative.

The technician was very friendly and did a nice job. I booked the cleaning appointment under the impression that we were going to get to Hawaiian Falls tickets and that was not mentioned I was just curious if that was still the promotion. I was also under the impression that we were supposed to get 100 ft.² of tile cleaning and that was never mentioned . Sincerely Name removed

Our technician did a great job on the carpeting. But we are very disappointed in the grout work. We had to pay for the entire square footage of the hallway just to get the six inches on either side of the hall rugs that were dirty. Problem is, his machine could not get into the edges and corners, so the tile is grungy around the sides. Also where the grout is too deep for the machine to reach. Dalworth always used a hand-driven brush to get into those tricky areas. For $600 for a small area, we expected it to look uniformly clean when the job was done. Also very chintzy sealant work with a spray bottle. Unimpressed. I would use you again for carpeting, but not for grout.
The Zeroex technician Randy Ruffin was incredible, professional, and 100% solved the our problem and within 24 hours! My son, daughter in law and grandchild will be moving into their first home this weekend thanks to the quick and thorough work on sanitizing and removing pet oders in the carpets.

The young man who came to do our tile and carpet was wonderful. He was so polite and congenial. He was very respectful and professional.

I have heard the commercials for this company on the radio but never thought about giving them a call until the need arose for us to have our house done.
The use of chemicals always concerns me but this company cleans without the use of harsh chemicals and yet get amazing results!

I think you should've explained your options before you arrive. Your advertising talks about how your special water removes all the dirt and allergens. Then you arrive and upsell stating that it doesn't kill bacteria from urine or feces. Also we had our couches cleaned and he didn't clean the other side of our cushions.
