My floors look really nice and the service was quick and easy to schedule. I did not receive my Estilio Gaucho gift card as stated the special.
It was easy to schedule a cleaning and get an estimate. Zerorez communicated to confirm dates, times and services and phone reps were courteous and answered all my questions. On the day of service the cleaner arrived when expected, thoroughly explained options and pricing and went to work. I'm pleased with the results.
Tile and grout cleaning went great, the technicians were very respectful of our home while completing the process.

No chemicals and professionalism every time
Technician was very pleasant however he was also very quick. The 100 sq ft of tile included could not be honored due to the tile being natural stone. Everything was an up sell. It was a basic average service.
The technician that came out was absolutely terrific! He was fast, friendly, and fabulous! Highly recommend! The floors look terrific! I think his name was Gabriel. He told me, just can't remember.

I love that it's immediately safe for my small children and dogs to walk on, even when still wet. The techs are always prompt and courteous and honest about what needs special treatment and what will come up with standard cleaning.
Scented carpet
While the people that you send to our house are great, the effort to upsell extra services and charges every time you come, gets very old. Once they are told I don't want any upgrades, they should listen to the customer and stop offering. We called you out to clean some stains from our carpet, and every time, there is a "application stain fee". If I didn't have stains, I wouldn't need your service. Why charge extra for the thing we called you out for?? We did ask to have our kitchen chairs cleaned and your employee told us they were normally $50/ea but would do them for $20. Both are WAY too high for the little time it took to down them and they had wooden backs to only the seat needed to be done. A much better "standard rate" should be $10/ea.
For the record, the gentlemen that came, Timmy, was great.
Cleans without soap

I had a spill of coconut oil on the Master Bed room carpet and they did not get it out. I see it every day. I am very disappointed.

The technician who cleaned our carpets was terrific. His name was Aaron Hicks. He was super friendly and worked very hard. We appreciated his efforts and are pleased with the results.
