Timmy our Service Man was very professional - He looked over the areas to be cleaned before he started - He came right on time and finished the job quickly. My rugs look good as new!

I am very pleased with the job he did ~ but disappointed from a customer appreciation standpoint that he didn't go the xtra mile & clean the little 3x3 landing separating the 2 bedrooms he did.
Granted, it wasn't in the contract, so he did everything he was contractually obligated to, but would have just been the right thing to do & it would have said so much.
My carpets looked like brand new, free of odors and done in about 2 to 2.5 hours. The gentleman who did them explained everything to me. I would have like to have 2 people so they could have moved furniture over 50 lbs. Mu husband has a bad back. But the person who cleaned moved everything 50 or under.
I liked that the gentlemen were able to fix the tripping hazard in my carpet and make my rug downstairs look like new
Though your technicians were much later than the originally stated time slot your office called and kept me constantly updated so I was not left wondering. Once your technicians arrived they were very thorough and professional even though it had been a very long day for them that didn't end until after 8pm!
I was also advised against some of the cleaning services I thought I needed while other services were recommended with clear explanations and rationale as to why. I wouldn't hesitate to use you again or recommend you to others!
My only trouble is that when I ask for spots to be removed, they weren't. These spots remained after the previous Zerorez cleaning.
The difference in our carpet is amazing. The process was faster than I expected and the results are fantastic!
This is my second time using Zerorez and I am, once again, very happy. I have been very impressed with both of the associates who performed the work.

Our carpets look AMAZING! Fantastic job once again on the carpets. I think he must have forgotten the free tile cleaning because that wasn't done. Honestly we were so pleased with the carpets that didn't really even matter to us. Great job and we will use you again!
I have been a Zerorez Customer for several years now , However this last time it looked to me like Zerorez is using Sub Contractors who are not properly trained. The Guy showed up in a plain white van with no identifying Zerorez markings? The Technician did not have a Zerorez uniform on ??? Technician left the carpet full of water,,,( used too much water) did not get up spots and stains. Carpet is worse now that before you cleaned it,,, very disappointed.
Before I use you again I will need to know who the Technician is and will and make sure he is not a " sub contractor " like this last guy.

The representative was very thorough and did a fabulous job. My kitchen tile looks amazing!
Dave Thomas was the gentlemen doing the cleaning. He was very friendly and helpful. He did an outstanding job and got all the ink up that had be tracked in the carpet.
It doesn't leave a smell.
We have very light colored carpets and Zerorez did a great job removing our traffic stains!
The technician who came out was polite and took time to explain what he was doing. Unfortunately, I was not completely satisfied with the result of the cleaning. I had a couple of high traffic areas that were dirtier than the rest of the carpet. Zerorez has been able to clean those areas in the past, but for some reason they did not come clean this time. The technician did go over those areas a couple of times, but they were still not as clean as I would have expected. I will have to consider whether I use Zerorez in the future.
