My technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate that he told me about the pet guard which I had not been informed about before. I have spent a lot of money with you guys and that would have been nice to know.
Like the solution used because in regular carpet cleaning, the spots come back because they use traditional soap products. I have always had good service and great outcomes with 0 rez.
They did some spot cleaning first. Results of cleaning were great and it didn't take forever for the carpet to dry!! Staff is friendly and helpful.

There were places on the stairs that I thought would never come out but now you can't even tell they were there. Looks 100% better. Also there were a lot of dog urine stains and they are gone now. I have already recommended you to several friends and the carpets were just cleaned yesterday. One neighbor even asked how I like it and I told them you did a darn good job for me.

Waiting for a manager to show up. My grout is completely discolored and blotchy after clean / seal.
Well the final cleaning was 2X what i was quoted if i had been aware of that i would used another service. i had firm quotes that were slightly higher than your original but not 2X as much from other reputability firms. So my customer experience was less than the best.
The way the technician broke down the cost to me made it seem like it would cost $180. It ended up costing well over $300. Technicians should have a pronted price of paper with costs that they can total before we get started so people know what they are actually getting and what they have to pay for. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Carpets seemed to be a little wet in areas. It too one room and the stairs 3 hours to dry with a shop fan blowin in them. But they look good and clean.

The service by the technician was awesome!! He walked through my house with me and we looked at every room and explained the process. He also advised that my tile might be slippery after started. Very courteous and did everything in a timely manner. Place looked great!!! Thank you

Quick reliable and professional technicians the doing excellent work
I purchased the deal that was 3 rooms cleaned and 100 sq ft of tile, and $50 gift certificate to Estillo Gaucho. I got the service completed and the tech was fine to good, but I never heard about the gift certificate. I have emailed customer service twice about this and have not received any feedback from Zerorez.

I like that you do not use soap or chemicals to clean the carpets. Tech was friendly and did a very good job!
Door to door pick-up/delivery is great.
My husband I have used zerorez for at least 10 years, even when we lived in an apartment that would clean our carpet free. I didn't like theirs because there was a residue of powder. We owned a pet and he had severe allergies. With zerorez everything is natural and we have always had good results.
There were stains that weren't removed. I understand not all stains will come up. There were just too many that seemed to get much effort
