The tech was extremely nice and professional! I would love to have him come back every time I use the service! Also, I love how he was NOT a pushy salesperson. He let me know what needs to be done, and got it done.

He was able to get out the urine stains from our dogs and the carpets looked beautiful. Done in about 45 minutes, and I love that zerorez leaves no residues like other carpet cleaning companies with all of their chemicals. Great customer service as well!

Communication on the cleanup after tile has been cleaned and sealed. It took me 2 hours today to mop all my floors to get all the white chalky film off. Then I spent another half hour cleaning all my appliances and furniture legs of white splash. I am still unsure if I got all of it off my refrigerator. I really thought when y’all finished the job it would be sparkling clean.
Very disappointed in that.

No chemicals

The man who did our carpet was RUDE!!! After we paid extra for pet damage the stain didn’t come out and he said it was pretty NASTY!!!!! Then to top that off he said he didn’t have time to do one of the last rooms we had paid for!!!!!!

I think he did a good job. I was worried since I had heard several people say they had not had a good experience.

also, I was promised a gift card for a jeweler, but never received one.

I had a deal that included 100 as ft if tile to clean but the technician did not do it. The techs need to be thorough on what us to be done and not rely on the customer

The technician who came to my home was attentive and he did a good job. He was a totally nice and polite person.

However, I was shocked by the price for cleaning two not-too-large rooms and a hallway- and then the additional cost of treating for pet stains @ an additional $ 75 per gallon for some cleaner-- it would take five gallons to complete my carpets totaling OVER $ 500. I was not prepared for that expense and I would rather put those dollars toward to new carpet. Also, I had to mention to the technician to put wood furniture up on blocks so the legs wouldn't get wet and lift the curtains off the wet carpet. I supplied twine and scissors and we tied the drapery up off the floor.

additionally, the technician said it would take 4-5 hours for the carpets to dry--- and it has been well over 24 hrs and my carpets are still wet- and we have a had large fans blowing on them over night and most today day.

As mentioned, the technician did a good job, my carpets look cleaner and smell better-
but I'm dismayed by the timing, the cost and my having to make those suggestions.
