Carpet cleaning was really great, a little pricey but it’s OK. The reason I didn’t give 10 is Tile cleaning was not good.

The tech who cleaned the carpet was professional and courteous doing things beyond the call of duty. For example, since I'm in a wheelchair not able to get around as I once could, he took pictures upstairs as portions of the job were completed. Hopefully we can get him back the next time.

We have used Zerorez 3 times now and have always been satisfied with the service. The most recent cleaning was not up to their usual quality; carpet and upholstery stains came back. They cheerfully returned to re-do some of the job without extra charge, when requested. A totally class act. And their techs are very friendly, courteous and professional. Definitely recommend them.

Tech was on time, courteous, and professional. Did a great job; I believe he really wanted to get it just right! Felt very comfortable having him in my home, and that is as important to me as the work that gets done. Second time using this company; will do so again.

I was pleased with the walk through for the proposal and the courtesy of all people I had contact with. Service tech was on time and worked diligently to complete the the quickly and thoroughly.

The technician was very personable and friendly. He was punctual and did a thorough job.

I liked the lack of residue andwuicj drying of it but our high traffic area doesn't look that much cleaner..I waited for it to dry thinking it looked dark because it was wet but it still looks dirty. Not sure it was worth $244 for two rooms and a short hallway

Promptness & they really got carpets clean

Carpets are clean! Service Tech, Jalyn, was informative and very good at his job. I have a dog and a 3 ye. old and need carpets cleaned every 3 or 4 months. I love that no chemical residue is left in my carpets.

Prompt, courteous, friendly service. My carpet looks like new again, and I love knowing there is no soap residue to collect dirt again. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
